I burst through my front door holding grocery bags in my arms. I struggled to hold them all as I waddled to the kitchen table, dropping the heavy load off.
"You're gonna break your locks if you keep doing that," Simon said carrying some bags of his own, albeit much more easily. Probably because of cop training or whatever he does in his free time.
I watched as he dropped the bags off on the table before walking away. I pouted being left alone to put away all the groceries but started to unload them anyway.
"Hey did you turn off your TV before you left?" Simon asked calling from the living room.
"Yeah, why?" I answered putting some cheese in the fridge.
"Well you didn't, it's on." He said simply.
"What?" I walked into the living room seeing my TV on, ready to play Stardust Crusaders.
"Did you forget or something?" Simon asked me making me think.
"No, I'm pretty sure I turned it off. But maybe he turned it on." I pointed to the sleepy pup on the couch.
"Huh, maybe. That or you forgot" Simon said picking up the remote.
"Want me to turn it off?" He asked me holding up the remote. I thought for a moment before shaking my head.
"Nah, I'm almost finished with putting away the groceries," I said then ran back into the kitchen and started to put away the rest of my food. I heard him put down the remote and walk over to the door.
"Well alright, I'm gonna go now if that's all you need," Simon said.
"Ok, see yeah! Be safe!" I yelled bending down to shove a pack of paper towels under the sink.
"You too!" He yelled as I heard him leave.
I looked around my kitchen seeing just empty bags on the table. I'll put those away later, I thought while scampering over to sit on the couch.
I sat down and got comfortable as I pressed play. I listened to the STAND PROUD intro as it welcomed me back into Jojo's blizzard adventures.
While the show played I leaned back feeling drained from going grocery shopping. My eyes slowly started to shut as I drifted off.

I slowly cracked my eyes open realizing I was sitting against an alley wall.
"God dammit! Not again!" I said sitting up, I was getting really sick of these weird ass dreams. I looked around seeing I was in a stone-pathed alley, middle eastern style buildings stood in front and behind me.
I stood up off the dirty ground and looked around the alley. I saw one way lead into more alleyways and another lead out where the street opened up.
"I think I know where I am now," I said stepping out of the alley. I'd think I look out of place if it weren't for the fact that no one was around. I looked around the street and saw a very familiar building.
An extravagant three-story mansion made of terracotta stood a few meters away. Dio's mansion let off a menacing aura but lucky it was still bright out. I was safe for now.
I was snapped out of my thoughts as I heard a bark from behind me. I turned seeing Iggy looking at me. He barked again as I started to come closer. Even if he was a stand user he was still a cute dog, and like I would miss this opportunity to pet him.
