I shot up from my bed hearing Tiny whimpering. My eyes looked around the room in a frantic panic, spotting torn-up fabric and my window lock on the floor.

"A burglar?!" I yelled standing up to look for my injured dog. It didn't take long to find him seeing him curled up in my closet. There were broken pieces of wood around him along with a golden arrow through his paw.

My mouth dropped seeing the Stand Arrow but my mind was pulled away by Tiny whimper again. I cradled him into my arms before pulling the arrow from his paw, making Tiny flinch.

"You're ok, you're gonna be fine." I comforted my dog, struggling to lift him off the floor. I walked over to my bed, lay Tiny down on it.

He panted, a fever rising in his body. My heart filled with worry for my pet as I watched him suffer. I was about to pull out my phone to call the vet but stopped, watching the injury on his paw slowly close.

"It can't be..." I muttered touching his paw carefully, he didn't flinch only panting with his fever. I was so confused but was snapped out of my thoughts when my phone vibrated.

I glanced at my phone on my nightstand but paused looking back to the Stand Arrow. I quickly ran to the closest and shoved the arrow into a shoe box being careful not to cut myself on it. You know, for safekeeping.

With the Arrow now safely hidden away, I returned to my phone. It vibrated again making me wonder if someone was trying to get a hold of me.

I walked over and picked up the device opening my apps. I saw I had two different messages from two different senders.

The first message I saw was from Simon, making me remember that the big party was happening soon.

{Simon R. | Today 4:21 am} I forgo to tell you that the party is tomorrow night since some of the new people got a skin condition idk

{(Name) | Just now } kk

The other message was from Kira, who invited me for coffee.

{Yoshikage Kira | Today 5:24 am} Would you like to get some coffee with me tomorrow around 6 am?

I smiled before typing away at the keypad.

{(Name) | Just now } Yeah sure. Just give me the place, k?

I typed out before standing to get ready. I needed some clothes for the party since I didn't have anything fancy enough. So today was a shopping day for me.

I glanced back at Tiny, seeing he was sleeping peacefully now. His fever was breaking after a short period making my worries disappear. I comforted him one last time before leaving to get ready for the day.

I parked my car right outside the mall seeing that it was semi-busy. The mall was always a busy place in this small town, especially for the younger members of the city. I didn't really care about it since I never really went out much.

I got out of my car and locked the vehicle behind me. The day was nice, not too hot and not too cold. I walked out of the parking lot and up to the glass doors of the huge mall.

Before I went in, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a blur of blond hair. I turned seeing who was sneaking around in my peripheral finding nothing.

I sighed, feeling creeped out but used to it. So I just slipped into the building ready for a long shopping day.
