AB: Yes, I think you know why?
Neha(Intern): I did not get it, Sir.
AB: Who is in charge of the patient on Bed no 15? Do you know what happened now?
Neha: Yes Sir, It was Heena. She gave her higher doses than prescribed. It can be dangerous.

Then you suddenly remembered and gave the patient the same injection without caring to check even after it was past 1 hour of the fixed time.
