It is being almost a week since their conversation. Even though some awkwardness is still present, both of them are giving their best not to ruin their relationship at least their friendship.
There are also some changes in the Goyenka house. Now she does not feel lonely for some reason. Everyone is trying to open up to her, sometimes Aarohi also. Apart from her complication with Abhi that is another reason that she drops the idea of leaving Goyenka's house.

AA: (Giving her a sarcastic look) I am talking about the girl...( Pointing towards the girl who is talking to Neil)
AK: Ohh... I don't know. I have never seen her here. Maybe the guardian of any patient.
AA: Which guardian came to the hospital in this getup? Look like she is on her date.
AK: After noticing them for a moment. You are right. Looks like they know each other. Is she Neil's girlfriend?
AA: What!!!! This is not possible.
AK: Oh my god. You just startled me. This is Hospital Aaru... &... What is not possible? I think that is quite possible, She is really beautiful.

She is about to leave but pauses seeing that Neil is pointing toward Abhi's cabin. Neil leaves that girl showing the way to Abhi's cabin.
AK: Why is she going to my Abhi's cabin? (She bites her lips realizing that she uttered 'My Abhi') . She is not looking like a patient like Aarohi said. Ahh...This is really frustrating. Whatever... Akshu, follow her even if you have to be leveled as a stalker.
She successfully placed herself outside Abhi's cabin after the girl entered the cabin. She made the door open a little so that nobody will notice. So she can hear their conversation.
AB: Hey... Shalini...How are you? After many days...
Shalini: I am fine. I thought I have forgotten, Dr. Birla.
AB: That is not possible. You are one of that important person whom I will not forget ...
AK: Shalini...I did not hear this name. If she is an important person, why Abhi did not mention her even once? & Why!!! Why can't he forget her? Is she his first love or what? Is she!!!
Neil: Akshara...Akshara...
