Akshu reached her office like a normal day. She feels a little strange not finding any of the doctors from the gynecology department except Dr.Batra. She tried to call Aarohi but it got unanswered. After inquiring from reception she was told that all are gone to attend some conference. Even though that excuse sounds perfect, She can't convince herself. She was not able to contact Abhi since last night. Her doubt cleared when she saw Neil is trying to avoid her. He was there to handle the situation in the absence of Harsh after Anand got some emergency & leaves for an operation.

AK: Neil, Why are you avoiding me? I know there is something. I will not force you if it is any confidential hospital matter. I was just worried for my sister & Abhi is also not picking up his call.

Neil: I just have some work. I am in a hurry. (He is about to leave but stops thinking something. (🤔 At least I should tell her. She may tell her family worrying about her sister. It will cause more problems.) So he explained everything.

Neil: Our case is really weak for now. We have no witnesses or evidence. That's why we are trying to keep it secrete.  We can't bear to take any risk.

AK: (🤔She was speechless for a second. How can anyone stoop so low? How can she go to that extent just to hide her mistake? Even though she is trying to save her carrier, it is the worst possible way she chose). She Warps up her thought.

AK: Neil, She is lying. I was there when this happened. I can testify. Please take me there.

Neil: You were there? ( with a shock) How? Why did not Vai tell us?

AK: He even did not know. I will explain on the way. Can you please hurry? We are out of time.

They leave in a hurry while Neil makes a call to Harsh.

The hearing is already started. Abhi, Harsh & Mahima with their lawyer are sitting on one of the sides facing Neha, her parents & their lawyer. The officers are in there middle of the two rows which include one of the ladies from last night. Rest members reside behind them waiting for their turn to be called as witnesses.

Opposition lawyers have already prepared the case in advance. He started presenting all the evidence like CCTV & some witnesses from the hospital who saw Neha that day.

Officer: Miss Neha, Please explain what happen that day.

Neha: Sir, I was there to ask about one patient who was in critical condition due to a wrong diagnosis. I just want to be alert for any future cases. But he started behaving strangely. He even tried to force him on me. When I resist he threatened to put all the blame on me for the condition of the patient.

She started crying while her lawyer took advantage to earn some points for the case.

No matter how much Abhi's lawyer tried to reverse the statement of Neha. It has no avail. She already used her mistake as a victimized threat. He tried to earn some positive aspects from Aarohi, Sanjana & Rohan's statements. But it did not give any proof of his innocence. When they are losing hope Harsh gets the call from Neil & excused himself.

Harsh: Neil, what happened? Is there any problem in the hospital?

Neil: No dad, We have one witness. Just manage for some time. We will be there. I can not explain now. I have to ride Bike.

Neil cuts the call in a hurry. Harsh gets back to his seat & informs the lawyer. Even after opposition from the other party he manages to steal some time.
