Scott had always known that he was different from other kids in his class. When he was young, he was diagnosed with diabetes, which made his life quite complicated. He had to be careful about the food he ate, monitor his blood sugar levels, and take insulin shots every day. Despite his difficulties, Scott had never let his condition stop him from living his life to the fullest.

One day, Scott walked into his high school and noticed a new girl sitting in the back of his math class. She was a redhead, with freckles and a bright smile. Scott was immediately drawn to her, and he couldn't help but stare at her. She caught his eye and smiled at him, and that was all it took.

After class, Scott walked over to her desk and introduced himself. The girl's name was (Y/N), and she had just moved to South Park from a small town in Iowa. They hit it off immediately, bonding over their love of music and movies. Scott was thrilled to have a new friend in his life, and he couldn't wait to spend more time with (Y/N).

Over the next few weeks, Scott and (Y/N) became inseparable. They walked home from school together, studied together, and even went to concerts together. Scott felt like he had finally found someone who understood him and accepted him for who he was. (Y/N) didn't judge him for his diabetes or make him feel like he was different from anyone else.

It wasn't until one evening when they were hanging out at Scott's house that (Y/N) noticed his insulin pump sitting on the kitchen counter. She asked him about it, and Scott explained to her about his diabetes and what he had to do to manage it. To his surprise, (Y/N) wasn't afraid or disgusted by his condition. In fact, she was fascinated by it and wanted to learn more.

From that day forward, (Y/N) became Scott's biggest supporter. She helped him monitor his blood sugar levels, encouraged him to eat healthy and exercise, and even attended doctors' appointments with him. Scott felt like he had finally found someone who truly cared about him, and he couldn't be happier.

As they graduated from high school, Scott and (Y/N) went their separate ways to attend college. They stayed in touch, talking on the phone and texting each other regularly. Scott continued to manage his diabetes, and he even became an advocate for it, speaking at events and raising awareness about the disease.

Years went by, and Scott and (Y/N) both graduated college and started their careers. They had both moved on with their lives, but they never forgot about each other. One day, Scott decided to take a chance and reach out to (Y/N). He flew to Iowa to surprise her, and when she saw him standing at her front door, she burst into tears.

Now, years later, Scott and (Y/N) are married and have their own family. They still live with diabetes, but they face it together. Scott never imagined that his condition would lead him to find the love of his life, but he's grateful every day for the chance encounter that brought him to (Y/N). He knows that life doesn't always go according to plan, but sometimes it works out better than you could ever have imagined.
