Strange that day seemed like 20 years ago, it sure felt like it.
After many sweet moments of sharing kisses and embraces, it was all I could ever ask for at the time.
Time and my parents pulled me away from my love sending me away to another school far from him, and never truly seeing each other again is what it felt like.
I was upset for a bit but soon my kid ways got the better of me and soon I forgot all about the boy and his piercing blue eyes, and his sweet nothings, it was time after all to put all fairytales aside and focus on school, elementary after all.
Oh how those years go by so slowly, so frustrating I never could focus, and I could never feel included with the other kids, some even picked on me for the way I dressed, looked, smelt, and talked, it was by far one of the worst school years of my life.
And just when hope seemed to be lost I fell asleep letting the darkness take over my vision.
