Grace was sat in her car on the phone to her Auntie when she heard a car door shut, subtly looking up as Rebecca waved at her, instead of waving back she looked back down at her lap.

"Grace you still there?"

"Yeah im here, what were you saying?"

"I'm coming to London."

"Why?"

"Don't sound too excited! For you, you big twat."

"When you getting here then?"

"Don't know gonna look at last minute flights tonight."

"What country are you in now?"

"Just in Canada for a few weeks, but the weather is shit so im due a visit anyway, also to see my favourite niece."

"I'm your only niece."

"Exactly."

"That makes no se-"

"Well i'm off. Have a good rest of your day, I'll call you later when I can. See you soon."

"Yeah bye."

"Hey babes." Keeley knocked on Grace's door before pushing it ajar, Grace just smiled at her as she made her way in taking the chair from the desk behind her. "Sweetheart, did you get any sleep last night?" Grace shook her head.

"Stupid next door neighbours again,.... and stupid Rebecca."

"I've just spoken to her, she hasn't told Ted yet but after the chat I've had with her, I'm sure she will."

"I don't care anymore." She let out a shaky breath. "I'm so exhausted." Keeley wrapped an arm around her shoulder bringing Grace into her side as Grace rested her head on Keeley's shoulder.

"Do you want to stay round mine tonight? We can have a girls night and everything." Grace nodded against Keeley's shoulder, Keeley placing a kiss to her forehead. "I love you."

"Love you more." Grace wrapped an arm round the front of Keeley's waist, squeezing her tightly.

"She said she'd come talk to you once she's confessed to Ted, just preparing you."

"Thanks Keels."

"No problem, babes."

"I'm going up to Higgin's office, it's empty, it's quiet, I'm gonna try and get some rest."

"I'll come up and join you in a minute with some food yeah?" Grace nodded as she broke away from the side hug with Keeley. "See you later babes."

"See ya, Keels."

"Keels have you seen Grace?"

"Upstairs in Higgin's office."

"Thank you!" Rebecca practically sprinted back up the stairs to Higgin's office, finding grace laying on the sofa with her back turned to the door, watching something on her phone. "I came clean to Ted." Grace turned around at the sound of Rebecca's voice.

"And?"

"The fucking arsehole forgave me."

"He's an idiot." Grace turned her back to the door.

"I've come clean to him, now I'm doing it to you, you can yell, tell me to fuck off, hate me, ignore me as much as you want after but let me speak first. Our relationship was the only thing I didn't plan, meaning it wasn't part of the many things I wanted to shove in Rupert's face to belittle and humiliate him. I took that second chance because I felt safe with you, I feel safe with you. You were the only person that I hadn't pushed away during a shit time and you made me feel happy for those small hours. And I've seen what I've done to you and the damage I've done and I'm a fucking bitch and I hate myself for it. But what I'm trying to say is that I want you to be happy.... and I would love for it to be with me. But it's all up to you this time."

"How you made me fall in love with you is beyond me." Rebecca smiled tearily at Grace as she couldn't help but let out a smile herself. "Come here you fucking idiot." Grace pulled Rebecca in for a hug, Rebecca squeezing her tightly. "You were wrong you know?"

"I know, I was just scared of what people mig-"

"Not about us being together... You're not a lion. You're a Panda." Grace smirked as Rebecca let out a laugh. "You're a big, cuddly panda." She smiled. "Not the piss-stained fur part though."

".... You're a panda too."

"I know."

"But including the piss-stained fur."

"Shut up before I ignore you again." Grace rolled her eyes as she could feel Rebecca smirking.

"This has got to be the longest hug I've ever had."

"Stop complaining or I'll make it last longer."

"Did I say I was complaining?!" Rebecca mumbled as they broke away still smiling at each other in a comfortable silence.

"I want to hug you again, but have someone else to apologise to."

"Oh shit." Rebecca sighed.

"Come on." Grace stood up holding out her hand for Rebecca to take. "I'll drive you, I've got to go home anyway to pick a change of clothes." Rebecca stood up linking her arm with Grace's. "Staying over Keeley's tonight for a girly sleepover."

"And you'll be coming in tomorrow looking even more tired and with a headache."

"I'm not that bad." Grace rolled her eyes as they walked down the stairs, Rebecca letting out a scoff of disbelief Grace pushing her slightly in response.
