they rush chloe into the ICU
my heart is beating like it never has before.
i just really hope she wakes up ugh.
a phone rings at the nurses desk.
this shouldn't be unusual but its 12:30 in the morning...
"ok we're here waiting." the nurse says calmly but slams the phone down and swiftly moves out from behind the desk.
the doors in the elevator open and from what it looks like, a young lady about my age is burnt up.
they rush her into a room and instantly start surgery.
the nurse next to me starts talking about the girl who was burnt.
"that poor girl. she ran away from home tonight at 6:30 and slept in an alley until she was woken up to herself burning. damn. people could be cruel."
"you're telling me. i tried to commit suicide when i was 16. society's a bitch."
i look down into chloe's room.
God i just want her to wake up.
