Rosie's POV
I couldn't help but glanced at the circle the band members were sitting on along with the other VIPs who were ready to shoot their shot.
When I came to the party, she already got two girls wrapping themselves against her like leeches as she sat comfortable with her arms stretched on either side of their shoulders while talking to her band members.
I shook my head, feeling a little annoyed by her own behavior. She is indeed a ladies' woman.
I took out the lollipop and unwrapped it before shoving the head in my mouth.
I saw Denisse coming back with a wide grin sitting on her face. "Babes, guess what—Ooh, where'd you get that lollipop?" Her reaction suddenly switched into a confused one and pointed at the candy inside my mouth
"I-I bought it." I said and gazed away from her to reduce any suspicion from her. She stared at me with an unconvincing look but quickly shook her head and then opened her palms.
My brows furrowed in confusion. "Give me one." I shook my head, "I didn't bring extra."
She pouted, "I've been craving something sweet. They mostly serve alcohol and chips here."
"Not worth your money, isn't it?" I teasingly chuckled. "Excuse me, I came here for Sol and let me tell you who got complimented tonight. Ha! That's right, me. One of the members complimented me." She crossed her arms with a smug look on her face .
Truthfully, she is infact so gorgeous and extroverted. I would think people are blind if they think otherwise. She's got long ivory legs and her personality is as silky as her skin.
Lucky you..
"Not one though." I absentmindedly replied as I looked over at the random VIPs who were also enjoying the party.
"What? Really? Who?!" She excitedly asked. Realizing what I said, it took a moment of pause for me to answer. I was contemplating whether I should tell her who it is or no. But I guess there's no point in hiding it .
I pointed directly at Dante as I swirled the lollipop on my lip. I saw how her eyes lightened in excitement as she punched the air.
"This night is a cherry on top!" She squealed in excitement.
"The money was all worth it." She giggled. I chuckled at her statement and shook my head.
I would say I feel so out of place in here. I don't know the band nor know any of their songs but here I am chilling and vibing along to the music as the rest did their best in getting close to any of the members.
I wouldn't be surprised that they get lots of fans for holding this kind of fan service. Most bands just sing to them, make small talks, hold meet and greet and then end it with a 'dont forget to support our song, byee~'
But these people throw after parties like chill people to be able to 'get-to-know-the-fans-better' and vibe with them which probably is a valid reason why these fan fight neck-to-neck for a limited VIP spot.
Denisse was out to greet with the other fans while I sat on the bar with my face resting on my hand, waiting for the 2 hour alarm to go off so I can go home as per the deal. I'm bored and I got nobody to talk to. I do feel like an ungrateful lucky VIP for not taking advantage of this situation.
I didn't know I was zoned out while licking and sucking on my lollipop until I realized that I was staring at Dante as she locked eyes with me for a split second.
