chapter 19: home is aware.

It was a normal morning as you've stretched woke up. you looked at your boyfriend. "good morning! " you greeted with a happy tone you too got up and got dressed before heading downstairs. you were a bit confused to find f/n moving out with their bags they turn to you "hey y/n.."  they said with a small smile on their face " I didn't know if I told you but I think I'm finally moving out it's just me my girlfriend want to finally start a new place somewhere else and- ...you mean more than anything to me! however we're planning to actually get married soon..and we're gonna need our own place for that-.I guess we never really thought of the steps we would need to take well moving in would be the first hahahaha" she laughed as a joke as she rolled her eyes then you two exchanged goodbyes. even Wally had a small conversation with them, which was pleasant, simple and sweet. You guys said your farewells, and you're not gonna a lie, but you were a little bit teary eyed. However, that being said, you did end up getting  over it, as they said goodbye and they got in the car and left, then you realize that it was going to be a little bit before your next musical, so that meant you had some days off, well, actually, quite a few days off that being said, as the next musical, probably wouldn't have been starting until a few good months from now, how ever you still got your paycheck every few weeks, you too thought of what to do together, and then it came to mind

back in the mall, a while back you to soft an arcade that was in the back, you 2 talked it over and it was decided you were going to the arcade, so with that being said, you too got ready and headed out. Wally ended up driving  this time and you got on the passenger side  you too started laughing on the way there and made jokes back and forth. It was a pleasant ride there, once you to arrived, you got out of the car and walked up to the building, you checked in with your names and rage and all that other boring information then, while he slowly made his way over to some of the games that were being displayed, you to put in some coins and started.

You both took turns, one of them being a two player game in which you lost. You huffed as he couldn't help himself but to chuckle. "Okay okay Ms/Mr/mx. Y/n...ill play you one more round, but this time to get you motivated, how about a deal my darling hmmm? "  he said with a very soft tone as he looked at you lovingly. You looked up from the game and back at him. "Well...sure! " you said happily meeting your boyfriends gaze. He then gave a nervous like smile with a small tint of blush displayed on his face as he glanced away for only a second, then he looked back at you and stated with a grin. "Whoever loses.. Has toooo.. State their love in front of everyone in this arcade for the other! And with a kiss at the end~" he cooed out the last part even though it was obvious wally himself were a little nervous. You were too but you pulled yourself together with a nod as you grinned back, this time determined. "You got yourself a deal wally darling! " you giggled out as you slid the coins in making the game start up again, roughly about 10 minutes later, you ended up hitting it into his goal causing you to win.

Wally took a moment to process that you won and pulled himself back with a silly smile on his face before he stammered. "Well.. You win my dear, guess I lose! " with that being said he nervously, and a little bit flustered tugged on his collared shirt and adjusted is ascot before going in front of where mostly everyone was in the arcade. With that being said he cleared his throat and you watched in awe. "Ahemm.. Hello... Hello everyone? " he started nervously before everyone sooner or later looked up. "I'd like to confess my love to my darling partner, y/n l/n if you will.." You felt yourself get a bit nervous as you felt everyone turn and look at you, not that they knew your name, but Wally was looking directly at you with his hands also gesturing towards you. To a point you felt yourself heat up and want to hide your face, for whatever reason you didn't think he would ACTUALLY do it. Never the less your lovely boyfriend continued. "And I just want to say how this darling dear of mine has changed my life, really. They've made my canvas become bright and colorful, they're the other part of me I feel, and I truly love them more than anything. " everyone said in a unison of "awww! " some telling you two to kiss, when just then, Wally hopped off a chair. Of course he had to stand on one to be dramatic, but pushing that aside he walked up to you, cupping your face- spinning you and then dipping you as he leaned down to kiss you deeply.

To a point you were at a complete loss for words. You felt your stomach light up with butterflies and your face got hotter then the sun at that exact moment. Everyone cheered and or said congrats as slowly ever so slowly everyone went back to what they were doing, which you were sort of glad about. Once everything was back to normal, you looked at Wally. "To... To a point I thought iou wouldn't actually do it! " Wally to this news laughed a bit and glanced at you as you guys finished a last game together, that happened to win you both matching hoodies. But never the less he continued and smiled. "I never make deals I can't keep dear." He gave a playful prod and a wink as you both started to go back home.

You did end up stopping through (insert restaurant drive thru) before going home. Speaking of a home, someone's house certainly wasn't happy that Wally really left. You two had completely forgot about it until you pulled in and went inside your house. You two started setting in your stuff and laughing about the fun you both had from the past few hours, and looking through the camera that took all the pictures. You laughed even harder when Wally seemed to be looking for something. You turned over to him with a curious glance.

"Wally love, whatcha looking for? " you asked tilting your head. In response he held the back of his neck and sighed. "Well I was going to add these in another photo album as the one you saw from earlier is full.. I think I left that inside home and... A few other things. One of the which I meant to give you from the very beginning. " you looked extremely worried as you went in front of the door, in hopes that would stop him. "Well.. Wally you can always rebuy them right? " he shook his head but kissed you.

"I'll be fine y/n, don't worry your head about it. " he smiled warmly as he still planted another kiss on your cheek as your worried expression had failed to leave. Then he left before calling out. "I'll only be a few minutes okay dear? " you nodded and haistly waited. You didn't have a good feeling about this and you had every single reason to not feel good about this.

Wally happened to make the mistake of home being asleep. He made his way in slowly and quietly and jumped as he heard the door behind him slam with loud creeks. He got scared and backed up. "No-now home.. Let me explain-" a loud bang was in response and the curtains took control, holding Wally down. "𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝𝐧'𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. 𝐈'𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞! " was what the bangs and creeks led to. He shuddered back in fear. "I know but... It was just for a bit... Right? I- I love you home I do! " the house shook with anger. "𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐘/𝐍. 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞... 𝐎𝐡 𝐧𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲. 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧. " wallys eyes widened in horror. "H-home.. My dear.. Let's reconsider! Is this nes-" he got cut off and thrown to the floor, the house started filling with tar, and before he knew it he lost control of himself. He didn't "drown" but he did "fall asleep" as the tar had that affect on him.

The worry in your chest grew as time went on. You knew this wasn't normal or like him. You ran over, knocking on the door. All tar dropped, and nothing moved, the door opened as if nothing happened. But your heart sank, and a feeling of panic rushed through you as Wally laid on the floor, his normal "makeup" running and him not really moving. You ran to him and screamed. "Wally! No! Someone, call the ambulance!! " you wailed. Barnaby came to see what was wrong, and was the first to call someone.

Oh no...

HAHAH sorry not sorry for this chapter 🤷‍♀️ but I really do love you all and despite this being a sadder chapter, I still hope you loved it!
