I was about to go home when it started raining good thing i brought my umbrella with me

A few moments of walking and enjoying the rain i accidentally bump into someone

"Oh I'm sorry" i quickly apologize

And when i saw who was the other person

"Ranpo? What are you doing in the rain without an umbrella or raincoat" i said as i put my umbrella over his head leaving me getting wet in the rain

Ranpo may not be the best co-worker but i still care about him

"Eh why are you putting your umbrella on me that's yours" ranpo ask

"Are you dumb you'll get sick if I don't I'm pretty sure your immune system is low because of how much sugar you eat" i said while making a sound like a 'tch'

"For your information my immune system isn't that lo-" then he sneeze

And i raise an eyebrow at him "hm you were saying?"

"Ugh shut up" he said while rubbing his noise

"Why are you even in the rain" i ask "well i w-"

"Y'know what never mind i think i know why just stand up and let's go to my house first because that's close by,before i get wetter in the rain because I'm putting the umbrella over YOUR head instead of mine" i said while putting my hand Infront of me for him to hold on when standing

"Alright but do you have sweets there?" He ask while holding my hand as a guide when standing up

I didn't realize this man was so heavy it caught me off guard that i fall over him "ah- ouch"

"I thought you were supposed to help me now your on top of me now we are both wet"

"Shut up" and i stand up again but didn't help him this time "just stand up"

The little great detective started standing up while pouting because he got more wet than he needs to be

"Soo Where's your house it's cold outside"

" It's in (Random direction in Yokohama)"

"Do we have to walk?"

"Yes"

"Aww" he said while groaning

"Don't be a baby"

"Wait carry me please"

"No"

"I might get lost tho"

"I don't care"

Before i knew it i felt a cold hands touch mine

"Hey wha-"

"I might get lost so let's go walk now!"

"Weren't you just com- y'know what never mind"

(Time skip)

When we got home i saw my cat waiting for me in the doorway while covered in bandage

"What the- why are you covered in bandage"

Then the door swung open

"Ahh y/n your back!"

I saw dazai and i completely didn't forget we we're roommates and he's not wearing his bandage and he looks like he got scratched a couple times by a cat

Speaking for a cat

"Dazai why is my cat covered in bandage "

"Well i was getting a water and your cat jumped on me and got stuck on my bandage and then I can't get it off now I'm trying to find a new one and i also threw him outside"

"That's not an excuse why you threw my cat outside what if my baby get sick"

"Which one"

"My ca-"

"Ranpo or the cat"

"What why would i talk about ranpo-"

"Well your with him clearly wet by the rain and you both look like a couple who just kissed in the rain and also holding hand-"

When he said the words 'holding hand' i quickly let go of ranpo "what- i literally putted the word 'cat' in my sentence amd you'd think that I'm taking about ranpo are you dumb"

"Yea he is" i heard ranpo said

"I- your so mean ranpo"

"Y'know what let's just go inside" i said and hold ranpo's hand again and pulled him inside and goes to my room because both me and dazai's room has bathroom so we don't have to wait and share the same room (kunikida gave them two bathrooms so dazai and y/n won't have to share and so dazai won't use the 'y/n was taking so long doing lady things in the bathroom so i got late' excuse)

I gave ranpo a towel so he can wash on the shower room while i ask dazai some of his clothes to have ranpo borrow it

When i entered back to my room ranpo was already done and oh boy was he hot while just wearing towel

"Uh...can you stop staring and give me the clothes I'm going to borrow" ranpo said which snapped me out of my daydream

"Oh yea..sorry" i said handing him the clothes

(Time skip)

"Looks like the rain isn't stopping for a while so maybe ranpo might need to stay for a bit" dazai said

"Eh then where would he sleep?"

"Idk your room"

"I have no space there"

"Yes you do you have a couch and I don't"

"Then in the living room"

"Your dumb cat will sit on his face or something like that like he did to me if you let him there"

"Hey my cat isn't dumb! And fine" i sigh in defeat

(Time skip)

I was about to go to sleep when

"Y/n"

"Huh? What is it ranpo" i asked half asleep clearly isn't in my right mind

"It's uncomfortable in the couch can i move here?"

"..uh sure just shut up " i said not even realizing what i said

"Alright thanks" he said while going with me in the bed

I heard the bed shift but I really didn't care because I'm too tired

(At 1 am)

~Ranpo's pov~

Looks like y/n is asleep

How come she can sleep and I can't then i realized why

I didn't have my life size pillow that i always hug when sleeping which makes me more comfortable when sleeping

Maybe i should...i wasted no time and hug the little female that's Infront of me and some time later i feel asleep

~dazai's pov~

I entered y/n's room because i don't have any bandage anymore and i forgot to put one "hey y/n do you have any band-"

And i saw y/n and ranpo.. cuddling

I snapped a quick photo for blackmail and also because it's cute and i can tease them with it
