Chapter 13

-Y/n pov-

"Luis where you following me?" I ask again
"Listen it's not like that I was just-" "following me?" I cut him off crossing my arms

"Ok I was but I just wanted to make sure you where ok" he defends himself
"Why?"
"Why what?"
"Why did you want to see if I was ok?"

He sits there not saying anything
"Luis" I push
"Because..." he pauses
"Because???" I take another step closer

"Because I still care about you ok!" He stands up and we are now what feels like and inch from one another's faces
"Luis..." I narrow my eyes
He doesn't say anything and looks away from me

"Luis you where the one who walked out on me...remember" I sigh
"I know. But when I saw that you where still talking to that douche bag I freaked out..and I know I was wrong but..seeing you with him made me so angry knowing what he did to you." He let out

"You had every right to feel that way Luis but...I was never still talking to him. He was at the mall that day and came up to me." I take a deep breath in, remembering what happened
"Luis do you even know what he said to me?" My eyes fill with tears daring to fall

He looked up again and saw my expression
He shook his head in response
"He wanted to get another chance with me, but when I said no he went off on me saying anyone that I was with only wanted to use me..and hell I'm starting to think he was right" letting the tears fall I turn my head trying to wipe them
"Y/n-"
"No. You don't get to feel bad for me luis."
Anger starts to replace my self pity

"You didn't even ask me what he said before you blew up on me! You left me when I needed you the most and broke our fucking promise!"
I'm right up on Luis hitting him on his chest

He just stands there letting me lash out on him
"Y/n I'm so sorry" he grabs my wrists stoping them from hitting him
I look into his eyes as he watches my probably red face with tears running all over the place

He then pulls me into a much needed hug, at first I stand there not knowing what to do but then I give in hugging back.
He needed this as much as I did.

"Y/n I know I fucked up..so bad and this could have been avoided if I had just fucking talked it through with you. I don't know what I can do to make things better" he pulled away from the hug and rested his hands on my face
"Luis...I don't know what to say" I look him in his eyes
"It's ok you don't have to. I just want you to know that I know I fucked up and I'll try to make it up to you in any way possible" his eyes are filled with genuine guilt and sadness

I put my hands on top of his. I know I'm going to regret this tomorrow but this is what feels right
I slowly lean in and pull him into a kiss...
He stands there in shock for a second and then kisses me back

"I forgive you" I pull away
He slightly smiles as we look at each other

Suddenly we hear a loud siren
We immediately realize it's the cops coming our way

"Luis what do we do?!" I start to freak out
We look over the edge and see people rushing to get out and they hop in their cars zooming away
"Y/n we are going to have to jump" he looks around
"There" he points to a clear spot
"Luis I'm not jumping off this roof! Are you crazy!?" I step back

"I'm going to jump first and when you jump I'll catch you" without hesitation he sits on the edge and jumps
"LUIS!" I run to the edge and he's standing up wiping off the dirt on his pants

"Ok y/n we don't have much time just jump and I'll catch you" he put his arms out

"Luis I'm scared.." I sit on the edge like he did still too scared to jump
"Come on y/n I've got you" he says
I close my eyes preparing myself to die
"Ok I'm gonna do it" I push myself off the edge and I go falling down

A few seconds later I don't feel pain or the ground which is a good sign.
I open my eyes and see that Luis actually caught me
"See it wasn't that bad princess" he puts me on my feet and grabs my hand

"I've gotta go find Emma and Jamie" I look around sporting Jamie's car and we run for it

"Emma Jamie wait for me!" They turn their heads relief covering their faces but as soon as they see Luis they look  confused

"I'll explain later! Let's go!" I scream knocking them out of their thoughts
 
I turn back to luis
"Did you drive here?"
"Yes I'm over here" he let go of my hand making sure to give it one last small squeeze before letting go
"I'll text you later" he shouted as he ran and I got into the car

"WHAT THE FUCK WHERE YOU TWO DOING TOGETHER!" Jamie and Emma both screamed in unison as Jamie started to speed away

"I-..uhhhh long story I'll explain when we get home" I spit out, I was too anxious to tell them what just went down on some random persons  roof
