"Alright, who's next?" One of your friends asked as you all looked at each other.

You were sitting around the living room, occupying yourselves with a game of truth or dare.

You haven't gone yet and you're feeling quite thankful for that because truth be told, you're not paying much attention to this game.

Your attention is more focused on Hanni, who's sitting across the room with her earbuds in as she plays on her phone.

"Y/N." One of your friends said, volunteering you to be next.

"Hm? What?"

"You were staring at Hanni again, weren't you? Too focused on her to focus on this game with your friends?" Another teased.

"No. I'm paying attention." You lied, scoffing at them. "I'm up, I get it. What do I do?"

"Truth or dare?"

Feeling a little adventurous tonight, you answered dare and you immediately knew it was a mistake as all of your friends looked at each other with smirks on their faces.

"We dare you to confess your feelings to Hanni."

"What?" You asked with wide eyes. "I can't do that."

"Sure, you can. It's obvious you both like each other. Just confess it already!" Your friends encouraged.

"Confess or be prepared to face the consequences for not doing your dare." Your friend smirked.

"Fine, whatever." You grumbled before getting up and going over to Hanni.

Tapping her on the shoulder, she took out her earbuds and put them back into the case as she gazed at you with a bright smile.

"Hi." You smiled back at her. "Can I talk to you? In private?"

"Sure." She said and took your hand into hers, both of your hearts fluttering as she did so.

You took her into a room down the hall, far away from your friends.

You closed the door behind her and led her to a bed before sitting down on it.

"Sorry I didn't join you all for truth or dare. I'm too introverted for stuff like that." She confessed.

"I am too but my friends forced me." You said, making her chuckle.

"So what is it that you wanted to talk about?"

"It's kinda hard for me to say." You spoke.

"Why? It's only me. We're friends, close friends. You shouldn't worry about talking to me about anything."

"I know. I'm just shy." You said and she chuckled before nodding.

"I know how you feel but don't be shy. It's only me." She said as she squeezed your hand.

"Hanni?"

"Yeah?"

"What if I told you that I didn't want to be friends anymore?"

Her smile faded, turning into a frown as she misunderstood what you'd said.

"Not like that!" You said and she breathed out a sigh of relief. "I mean it as in... I have feelings for you, more than friendly ones, and I was hoping you felt the same."

It was quiet for a moment before she sent you a heartwarming smile.

"How could I not?" She asked. "I like you a lot. I was just too afraid to say it. I'm such a huge introvert, confessing my feelings for someone isn't easy."

"I feel the same." You said and she smiled a little more.

"Was this part of truth or dare?"

"Yeah. I was dared to confess to you." You said and she looked a little relieved. "I was too nervous to otherwise. They know how crazy I am about you so they knew that was the only way I'd confess."

"Well, then I'm happy you did." She said with a bright smile. "Since we're confessing our feelings for each other, does that mean we're more than friends now? Like... you're my girl now?"

"I'd love to be." You said. "As long as you're my girl, I'd be the happiest girl in the world."

"Me too." She said happily.

She put her hand on your cheek and adoringly gazed into your eyes.

"Can I kiss you?"

"Yes." You breathlessly said as she began to lean in, putting her lips on yours.

You melted as soon as her lips hit yours.

It felt as though fireworks were going off all around you as her lips moved against yours and your heart felt as though it might burst out of your chest.

You put your arms around her neck and pulled her closer as you shared the sweetest and softest kisses you've ever experienced.

"I love you, Y/N. I have for so long." She whispered against your lips. "I mean it. Wholeheartedly."

"I love you too, Hanni." You smiled and kissed her again, wishing that these moments would never end.
