Saturday, The Byers House, 10:45 pm
"Then what happened?" El asked, looking into her vanity. "Then he told me that I'm a good singer." Will said, playing with the bracelets on his wrist. El stopped taking off her makeup to look at her brother. "Will. I'm telling you, he likes you!" She said. Will huffed and started at the ceiling, not saying anything. "He gave you his number before we left, right?" El asked. "Yeah." Will replied. "Then text him, dummy." El said, sitting next to Will on her bed. Will sighed and looked at the half-drunken slushie on his sister's night stand, "Fine." He said, standing up and walking out of El's room, grabbing his slushie on the way out. "Good luck, Love you!" El said as he left. "Love you too!" Will said closing the door to El's room.
"Hey. it's will :)" He sent as he walked into his room. "Hey loser :P" Mike replied. "Whatcha doin?" Will sent back. "talking to you, duh." Mike replied, "what're you doing tho :)" He added. "listening to one of my vinyls :P" Will replied. "YOU HAVE A RECORD PLAYER?!?!?!" Mike sent. "Yeah! I'm surprised I didn't tell you. I'm obsessed with it lol." Will replied. "Max has one and she loves it. I want one so bad, they're so cool. What album are you listening to?" Mike asked. "folklore by Taylor Swift :)" Will replied. "fav album." Mike sent."frl" Will sent back.
"Can I ask you something?" Will sent. "You kinda just did." Mike sent back. "shut up." Will replied. Will looked out of the window and saw Mike typing. Will smiled to himself as he noticed the moonlight hitting Mike's face just right. Will's gaze was broken by his phone notifying him of the new text Mike just sent."What did you want to ask me?" Mike asked. "Were you serious about showing me around?" Will replied.
Will looked up again and watched Mike nod through the window and looked back at his phone. "Yeah. I can show you around tomorrow if you want :)" Will smiled and looked out of the window again, this time being met by Mike looking back at him, who smiled and waved. Will did the same and looked back at his phone, "Sounds good, nerd <3" Will replied. Mike immediately liked the text and stared at the heart at the end of it. He looked though the window excepting to see Will again but, Will was too busy running to El's room to tell her everything.
