CHAPTER 27

*Monday Evening, 7:30 pm, The Wheeler House*

"You have my attention" Nancy laughed, resting his head in her hand. "Oh lord so," Mike began, laying on his back and staring at the ceiling. "We go new neighbors" He spoke, shrugging his shoulders, not knowing where to start.

"And, what about these new neighbors?" Nancy asked her brother. "Well, there's things boy" Mike admitted, "Oh" Nancy cooded. She had known her brother had liked boys for a while now. When she was still in high school, Mike would tell her about all his hallway crush and everything.

"His name is Will" He smiled at the ceiling. "I take it that you like this Will" Nancy states the obvious. "A lot" Mike nodded. "Does he know?" Nancy asked.

"Well, we went one of Lucas' parties after his game and I got drunk and told him everything" Mike admitted. Nancy nodded and let her brother go on.

"Then, he drove me home and I told him not to make me go home because I was to drunk to have any kind of conversation with my parents" Mike chuckled, recalling the events.

"He let me sleepover and when I woke up I freaked out and he calmed me down and then he told me that he felt the same way and then we kissed" Mike finally ending his rambling.

"Wow" Nancy smiled, happy for her brother. "Anything else?" Nancy asked, "Is he your boyfriend now?" She giggled as she watched her brother turn bright red.

"N-not yet" He stammered as he sat up, putting his hand in his hands, trying to hide his blush from his older sister.

"Do you plan to?" She furthers her questioning. "Yes, now stop with the questions" Mike rolled his eyes and laid back down on his bed. "Anyway, how are you?" Mike asked, laying on his stomach like Nancy and staring out of the window.

"is that his room?" Nancy stared out the window with her brother.

"Mhm" He hummed, not breaking his gaze from the window. "You really like him don't you?" Nancy kept asking questions as Mike watched the boy next door walk into his room.

"Yeah" Mike smiled, watching Will walk over to his window.

Mike waved from his bed and Will waved back. He noticed the girl sitting next to mike on his bed, the girl he assumed he was he sister. She waved back as she looked away from Will and turn to her brother. "Can I meet him?" She asked.
