Now it was around midnight, the moonlight illuminated the room and the wind whistled. Katsuki slept tight, and the girl's plan to measure his ring size was now to be put into reality. She sneaked towards his bed and scanning his sleeping figure. He faced the wall, making it harder for the girl to reach his hand. She carefully climbed on the edge of his bed and leaned diagonally over him. Propped up on one hand while the other carefully put the band around his index and middle finger. She opened the pen with her mouth and she marked the string. She put the string into her hoodie pocket, but when she tried to soundlessly crawl back, she lost her balance, crashing right onto the blonde boy. He woke up in shock, his reflexes taking over. The blonde changed places with his so thought attacker, pushing the person onto the bed. A gasp escaped the girl, she did not expect the boy to act so swiftly. "Katsu, it's just me!" She whined, still taken aback. The boy now gained full concious, seeing what he thought was an attacker, was just a familiar black haired girl.
He furrowed his brows and clenched his jaw in anger. He hated people waking him up, what did she think she was doing. "I just wanted to close the window," a little white lie escaped her lips, the boy looked up to the half open window. "And well, I didn't want to wake you up. It wasn't on purpose. I am sorry." The girl mumbled full of embarrassment. Her cheeks reddened and she shyly looked up to Katsuki, who was still pushing her down. "Oh whatever." he mumbled, letting go of her and scooting to the side. "Next time, just wake me up!" irritation was clearly in his voice as he looked at the smaller frame.
Her silky black hair was all over her shoulders and some strands were loosely hanging in her face. Her lips looked so smooth and her eyes were dazzling. He was allured by the girls beauty. "Katsu, I am going back to bed." She mumbled, rubbing her eyes and slowly stumbling back into her own bed. His gaze laid a few more seconds on her sleeping body, before he himself went back to bed.
The day of Katsuki's birthday came nearer and the group decorated the empty classroom. Tomorrow Katsuki would turn 19. They were able to convince the teacher so that they could use the room to celebrate after school. They used the colour scheme of Katsuki's hero suit. Evelyn remembered seeing a photo and thought it would be a good idea to use these colours.
Suzan was hanging the banners, Eloïse and Nataliya were baking the cake in the school kitchen. "Fay, I need your help with the duct tape." Evelyn waved the red haired girl over. "Don't tell me you're taping his present." Fay covered her mouth, giggling. "Well of course!" Evelyn grinned and both wrapped the gift.
"The cake is in the fridge. I hope he likes chocolate cake." Eloïse mumbled. "Probably!" They all gazed at their work. The room was decorated with orange and black banners. Also balloons and a lot of confetti. On the table were some presents by everyone. Mostly small things like sweets and keychains or stuff like this. Usually stuff you gift someone you're not that close with.
"Do you think he will like the rings?" "Of course Evie! Why wouldn't he like them, they're stylish, and show that you really like him." Lilyana comforted her friend. The worry left her face, and she was certain that he would like the present.
They said their goodbyes to eachother and went home.
