Tanjiro's POV:

I woke up and found myself clinging onto Giyuu he had his head buried onto my chest and his hair was loose I let go of him and got off the bed trying not to wake him up I left Giyuus room and headed towards the kitchen I remember he said he made food for me he's super sweet

I also remember that Shinobu said she needed to talk to me today I wonder what she needs to say I sat down on the kitchen table and began to eat the food

I soon heard a door creaking and footsteps behind me I just ignored it and continued to eat I then felt someone hug me from behind I turn around and see Giyuu his hair was covering his face and I felt his hot breath on my neck which sent chills down my spine

"Good morning darling~" Giyuu said in a seductive voice and laid his head on the crook of my neck I turned bright red at this sudden act he's never like this he then started to kiss and bite my neck "G-Giyuu stop I have t-things to do" I hated that I was stuttering and he still didn't stop what has gotten into him?! "Giyu-u I- mmh~" after I made that noise I pushed Giyuu off of me I was so embarrassed it seemed that Giyuu finally realized what he was doing

"Sorry Tanjiro I don't know why I did that.." he looked disappointed in himself I felt bad and hugged him "it's okay I just felt embarrassed" after I finished hugging him I brought the plate to the sink and washed it

"I'm going to the butterfly mansion shinobu needed to speak with me is it okay if I take your sweater my uniform is dirty" I asked Giyuu who had nodded to me in response I walked up to Giyuu and pulled him down to my level and gave him a peck on his cheek and he started to blush

I walked out of Giyuus estate and headed to the butterfly mansion as I entered I saw shinobu and kanao talking with each other and I walked up to shinobu

"Hello shinobu you wanted to speak?" She turned to me and smiled "ah yes let's go to another room to talk in private" she started walking to her office and I followed after her we entered the room and we both sat down her mood instantly changed she got serious and I couldn't help but be scared a little "so shinobu was is it you wanted to talk about?"

She wasn't looking at me when I said that she was looking at the floor "well Tanjiro yesterday I ran some test on you while you where asleep and I wanted to check up on your child but when the test came out there was...there was nothing there I apologize for saying this but you had a miscarriage"

What did she say? A miscarriage wait doesn't that mean..oh my gosh I felt something drop onto my legs it was a tear.. I was crying but then I broke out into a sob shinobu came up to me and hugged me I started to sob onto her shoulders

"I'm very sorry Tanjiro" she said but I didn't say anything and just continued to cry on her and all you could hear from the room where my cries soon after kanao came in and also started to comfort me how I'm a going to tell Giyuu that I had a miscarriage he's going to be devastated I just want to hug Giyuu again

"Tanjiro do you want me to walk you home?" Kanao offered I didn't say anything but nodded I stood up and kanao left to room and I walked beside her

"Tanjiro if you don't mind me asking why were you crying?" I forgot that I haven't told anyone about my no longer pregnancy I guess I could tell her now then

"Well I haven't told anyone but shinobu,Giyuu and nezuko and well um I was pregnant..and I just lost the child" I said with a teary voice I could see that kanaos jaw dropped I kinda laugh at it and she was in so much shock "who was the father?!"

"Oh uh it was Giyuu..." I said quietly but she was still able to hear "Giyuu tomioka?! The water hashira!" She shouted Ive never heard her talk so loud before she's always super quiet
