No one's POV

Giyuu, Tanjiro and Hayami have been waiting for Tanjiros due date that was not that many days far away from them and it worried Giyuu. He was always making sure Tanjiro was resting enough

And Hayami was getting Even more excited every passing day. She was so excited to meet her little brother and sister

When Hayami found out Tanjiro was going to have twins she was overjoyed. Hayami wouldn't let Tanjiro go anywhere without her or Giyuu (their wedding already happened btw)

Once Tanjiro was ready for the day everyone was waiting for. nurses rushed him to the hospital while Giyuu and Hayami followed behind them but they couldn't be in the room with him since they're was to many in the room already

So they had to wait outside and Hayami fell asleep on Giyuus shoulder while Giyuu was trying his best not to cry as he heard Tanjiros screams, he wished he could be in there with him to hold his hand but he had to keep his composure

After hours of this a nurse finally walked out of the room that Tanjiros was in and gave Giyuu a soft smile. Giyuu instantly got up which caused Hayami to wake up because of the sudden movement

Giyuu ran into the room and saw a sleeping Tanjiro but didn't see any new borns in his arms but he didn't really care about that right now and instead ran to Tanjiro

He looked at Tanjiro and he had dry tear stains on his face but even then to Giyuu it was such a beautiful sight. He felt someone tap him from behind and he turned around saw a nurse with the two little new borns in her arms

She handed them to Giyuu and he couldn't look away from the two. He felt a tug on his sleeve and it was Tanjiro with a small smile and his eyes barely open and some tears that were going to fall

Giyuu carefully handed the two to Tanjiro and watched as the two were sound asleep. Tanjiro kissed both of them on the forehead and smiled at them

"What should we name them?" Asked Giyuu with a gentle smile and brushed his hand through Tanjiros hair

Tanjiro thought for a moment but knew what he was going to name them

"How about Yokito and Akari after the girl who saved me, I wouldn't be here without her so it's the least I could do"

Giyuu nodded and was satisfied with those names. Hayami soon came in and rushed to see her little brother and sister who were sleeping in Tanjiros arms

"Woahhh! Why are they so tiny? Can I play with them?"

Giyuu and Tanjiro started laughing and they were soon discharged from the hospital

When they got back home Tanjiro instantly fell asleep and didn't wake up for hours. Giyuu didn't mind at all since giving birth was very tiring and took a lot of energy.

Time skip Muzan fight ( did u think I forgot about him? Btw this is 3 years later)

Giyuu and Tanjiro were able to defeat upper 3 and were now on their way towards Muzan. Tanjiro just wanted to get back home to his lovely children

They were staying with Uzui and his wife's so he knew they were okay but he just wanted to see them already. He couldn't help but break down into tears and they stopped running

Giyuu saw Tanjiro crying and immediately went to go comfort him

"Tanjiro whats wrong?! Are you okay? Do your wounds hurt?!"

Tanjiro jumped into Giyuus arms and cried on him. Giyuu was confused but didn't back away and instead rubbed his back and pulled him into his lap

"I-I miss them *sniffle* I really *sniffle* m-miss them, I want *sniffle* to see t-them"

Giyuu knew what Tanjiro was trying to say and he missed them too but they needed to keep moving forward if they want to see them again

"I know Tanjiro, I do too but we need to keep moving okay?"

Giyuu said as he lifted Tanjiros chin to make him look at him. His tears were rolling down his face but nodded and Giyuu gave him a short kiss before they began to run again

They were now fighting with Muzan and they were able to defeat him but at what cost? They had lost shinobu, muichiro, Mitsuri and obanai, lastly gyomei

Tanjiro had passed out and so did Giyuu and the kakushi treated them immediately

They both woke up in separate beds that were next to each other, they looked at each other and began laughing. They were so happy that they both survived and soon enough

Someone busted through the door. They looked at the door and saw Hayami, Yokito and Akari standing there with tears in their eyes

The three ran to Tanjiro and began crying on him. Tanjiro smiled at his lovely children that were all on him. Giyuu got up from his bed and hugged the three of them too

They were such a happy family indeed.

Akari looked exactly like Giyuu with her dark blue hair and eyes and Yokito looked exactly like Tanjiro. Although Hayami didn't look like them they didn't have to be the same blood to be family
