Tanjiro's POV:

I woke up and It was morning now. I heard Nezuko doing something outside of my room she's probably cleaning

I stood up and I went to go brush my teeth and my hair when I finished doing that I walked out of my room and I saw Nezuko there of course

I went to Hayamis room and I found her still sleeping peacefully on her bed it was around 8 AM so I let her sleep in a bit

I thought of taking Hayami with me to spend time with Giyuu so they could both get to know each other a bit more. I'm sure Giyuu would love her, shes such a great kid!

Nezuko then began talking to me about Hayami like where or how did I find her. I told her everything and she seemed pretty upset of the thought of losing her family at such a young age (Hayami is 4)

And I must admit that is pretty sad she was younger than us when she lost her family. Me and nezuko were already teenagers but of course that doesn't change the fact we lost our family too

My attention was turned to a door that was opening behind me when I looked back I saw Hayami she was yawning and rubbing one of her eyes as she was walking out of her room

She sat down next to me but kept quiet until I began a conversation with her

"Good morning Hayami how did you sleep?" I said in a cheerful voice with a bright smile

"Good" she replied with a low tone of voice I almost couldn't hear her. She was still a bit shy around us and didn't know how to properly act but I'll make sure that changes!

"Hayami would you like to go somewhere exiting with me today?" I said trying to brighten up the mood. I could see a faint smile on her face and nodded

"Okay then how about you go get change and then we could leave how does that sound?" I added she smile again but this time a bigger and noticeable smile

And with that she ran of to her room so she could get dressed I watched her run to her room and it was so adorable when she entered i turned my attention back to nezuko who was smiling at me

"Is everything okay Nezuko?"

"Oh it's nothing its just you are so good with kids and it makes my heart melt" she responded giving a relaxed smile to me

Soon Hayami came out and she was dressed so adorably she had a pink skirt with long white socks and she had a white shirt with a rainbow in the middle of it

I quickly brushed her hair and I had made it into a small ponytail with a cute pink bow on it and she seemed to love it very much

We walked out of the house saying goodbye to Nezuko at the same time when we left i kept trying to start a conversation with Hayami but all she did was say yes or nod

I didn't try to push her much into a conversation because I knew she was still trying to get used to this new life she was going to have with me and not her parents

When we reached Giyuus estate she became even more quiet and kept looking at the ground while fidgeting with her finger

I then knocked at Giyuu door and I heard footsteps coming this way and who I saw was of course none other than Giyuu but before I could say a word he pulled me into a tight hug i was pretty confused why he did that but I hugged him back as well

When he say Hayami standing right behind me he finally let go of me I guess you could tell Giyuu was in a good mood because he doesn't hug me randomly like that
