Making Plans

Since Charlotte only had a 1-bedroom apartment, the girls made it work. At first Danielle was sleeping on the couch, that is until Charlotte suggested they just share the bed since it was big enough, and Danielle went for it because of the fact it was way more comfortable. And with them being best friends, it wasn't awkward for them.

But not long after they started doing that, a 2-bedroom apartment opened up on the floor above them and since Charlotte's lease was coming up, instead of renewing it, her and Danielle made the decision to snatch it up and continue living together.

It had been a month and in that time, Charlotte and Eric continued to see each other and things were going pretty good, or so she thought.

There was one night, while Charlotte was at work, Danielle caught Eric with another girl. And at first Danielle didn't think anything of it, figured maybe she was a family member or just a friend, that is until she saw him and the girl kissing. So to have proof, she kept out of sight and secretly snapped a few photos then showed Charlotte the photos.

And Charlotte thought about confronting him immediately about it but decided to wait and see if it was a one time thing or if it happens more. Plus she felt like she'd be a hypocrite if she were to freak out on him about cheating when she was involved with cheating herself since Johnny cheated on his girl with her.

"Eeeks! Jimmy and the guys are coming home today." Danielle said excitedly. "He said they always go out for drinks together and he wants me to go. You should come."

"Yeah I don't know about that." Charlotte sighed, even though it sounded fun.

"Oh come on please. Hell invite Eric, maybe we can get him drunk enough to confess what he's been up to."

"You know what, that might just work." She smirked, "But the thing is, Eric can hold his liquor pretty good though."

"Oh shoot, that's true." Danielle also smirked.

"But also the thing is, yeah he cheated on me, maybe it was just that one time." Charlotte shrugged, "I'm thinking of just letting it slide but if I find out it happened again, then I'll end things."

"Are you serious? Why?"

"Uh hello, how would that look when Johnny did the same thing with me. So how would that make me look? That someone cheated on their girl with me, when I knew about the relationship, and they're still together but yet when someone cheats on me, I'm quick to end the relationship? I'd feel like it'd make me look like a hypocrite or something."

"Oh, I didn't think about it that way. But I have this feeling, this isn't the first time and won't be the last time he's done something like this." Danielle shrugged.

"Maybe, maybe not, only he knows the answer to that." She shrugged as she messaged Eric about going out that night. "Plus, maybe if Lacey happens to be there, she can see that I'm in a relationship with someone and not feel as threatened regarding me." Charlotte said with an evil grin.

"Woo you're right." Danielle pointed as she nodded.

As Charlotte's phone pinged, she looked down at it to see that Eric had messaged her back, "Okay so he said yes, so we're joining you guys tonight."

As the girls started getting ready for that night, Danielle grabbed one of her dresses and held it out for Charlotte.

"What's this for?" Charlotte smiled with an eyebrow raised as she took it from her. "I have my own dresses, granted they're not as revealing as this." Not that she minded the dress cause it was a beautiful strapless dress that was light blue and showed off a little bit of cleavage.

"Well, I figured you could wear this dress, this way he'll see you in this and hopefully regret cheating on you and all of this." She grinned with a wink as she waved her hands up and down Charlotte's body.

"I love that idea." Charlotte grinned back.

"Eeks Jimmy's here." Danielle squealed when there was a knock on the door.

Charlotte just shook her head with a small laugh as Danielle rushed out of the room so she continued finishing getting ready.

As soon as Danielle had opened the door, she couldn't help but jump into Jimmy's arms so of course he caught her. And once he was inside the apartment, they instantly started heavily kissing.

"Oh God you two, get a room." Charlotte snorted after walking into the room and seeing them kissing, "In fact, I was just getting ready to go to Eric's so you two have plenty of time to catch up." She winked and moved past them to get to the door.

"I love that plan." Danielle winked back. "Hey wait, you're wearing a jacket over the dress?"

"Yeah, does it look bad?" She asked as she glanced down at her outfit, as much as she liked the dress on her the way it was, she decided to put her cropped black leather jacket on that had fringe hanging on it so that she was a little more covered up.

"No, you still look hot." Danielle grinned then looked at Jimmy, "Doesn't she babe?"

"She does." Jimmy nodded with a smile, "But you still look hotter." He winked at Danielle, he wanted to make sure he threw that in there just in case it made her feel uncomfortable.

"Awe, well thanks." Charlotte giggled. "So when is everyone meeting up at the saloon?"

"Oh, it'll be in a couple hours. This way we have some alone time with our loved ones first." Jimmy winked and of course the girls automatically knew what he meant by that.

"Oh my, I don't want to know." Charlotte shook her head and opened the door. "I'll see you guys there."

"Wait, we're not gonna ride together?" Jimmy questioned as he looked between the girls.

"No, I'm going to ride with the guy I've been seeing, Eric."

"Oh okay that works." Jimmy shrugged his shoulders.

As soon as she walked out of the apartment, she headed down to Eric's. Her and Eric never acted like that with each other in front of people. They'd hold hands or he'd put his arm around her but to be lovey dovey like Jimmy and Danielle were didn't happen. And it bothered her that they didn't do that, but she realized maybe why Eric didn't want to be that way, was because he wasn't the only girl he was seeing on a regular basis.

"Well look at this sexy girl at my door. You're here early." Eric smiled and waved her in.

"Yeah sorry. It's just Jimmy showed up at the apartment and so I decided to give them some privacy if you know what I mean." She giggled with a light head shake.

"Oh God." He laughed, "I don't blame you one bit then. So when is everyone meeting at the bar?"

"Here in a couple hours or so. The guys wanted to spend some time with their families first. Which I don't blame them after being a month away."

"Ah okay." He nods, "How about we go out to eat first then?"

"Sounds like a great plan. Anywhere in particular?"

"I have a few places in mind." He then named off the places he had thought about asked her to chose which one she'd prefer so she chose one that wasn't too fancy nor big.

"You sure you want to go out with these guys? Maybe we could spend some alone time together being how we haven't spent that much time together."

"What? We've spent plenty of time together. These guys and their girls, are my friends and I haven't gotten to see them in a month. Plus I want you to meet them, I think you'll like them."

"Yeah, you're right, I'm sorry."

"No it's okay." She shook her head as they walked out of his apartment.

Which Eric knew her schedule when they first started going out. And there was a few times when she'd be off work, and instead of hanging out with her, he'd say he was going out with his guy friends, which she didn't have a problem with him hanging out with them but she thought he could have at least did that the nights that she did work.

But of course now that she learned about him being with the one girl, it was crossing her mind wondering if he was actually out with the guys or if he was actually out with other girls.
