Song Of The Chapter: Mirrors by Justin Timberlake :)
After a hour or two of getting ready, I then see myself standing at my mirror, my reflection staring back at me. The yellow dress clings to my body, slimming in slightly all the way to my knee's. The lace from my shoulders, stopping at my elbows, and going down towards the top of my boobs.
I couldn't help but adore the dress, my Mum bought it for me. Slipping on a plain white pair of shoes, I then grab my white side bag before I then put my phone, wallet and other necessary things in it.
I smile, when I see Noah in the bathroom, doing his hair. I then take my phone out before taking a picture of myself. Putting, my phone back into my bag I then apply a fresh coat of lip gloss before I then pick my bag up again. My hair in lose waves, bouncing off slightly towards my back, I then make my way down stairs.
My flats hitting the ground, I hear shuffling down stairs in the living room. I then reach the bottom of the stairs, until I turned towards the living room. I see my Mum standing there in a cream dress, that stops just above her knee, and the sleeves end just below her elbow. She is wearing a pair of black heels along with a side-bag and her long blonde hair is freed loosely.
Her and Dad give me a smile, before Noah creeps up behind me and wraps his arm around my waist, and I lean forward into him slightly. My Mum then interrupts our moment. "Hey Gemma, and Noah. Gemma, are you ready?" She question's me, before giving me a smile.
I nod my head, "Yeah, I am Mum" I reply before turning slightly to Noah, he nods' his head, before giving my forehead a kiss. "Have a good time, Noah. My Dad will probably ask you a shit load of questions, but don't worry. He does that with everyone" I whisper to Noah, before I give him a quick kiss goodbye before My Mum and I left.
Leaving her house, I am greeted by the cold breeze, since it is nearly into April time. Usually where my Mum lives-it is pretty cold. Wrapping my arms around my body, my Mum drags me to her car. Getting in, I slam the door behind me before the warmth greets me and I smile.
I turn to look at my Mum, "Thanks Mum, so where are you taking me?" I ask her, desperate to find out. I don't mind surprises-I don't like not being told.
She starts the engine, before giving me eye contact. "I am not saying, pleading and begging me the whole way there, won't change my mind, Sweetie" She replies, before she reverse's out of the drive-way and drives to the unknown location.
After a while of driving, we then arrive outside a tall hotel. My Mum smiles, before grabbing my hand. I scrunch my face in confusion, my Mum notices and she grabs my hand, "Since you've barely saw us for a while, I decided it was time me and you had some alone time together. Mother and Daughter" She announces, once we were parked outside the Hotel.
I couldn't help but squeal in excitement, and smile widely. "Oh! Thank you Mum, and yeah I have to agree, we have barely saw each other. Are we staying over or what?" I ask her, before I continue to look at the Hotel.
I then turn my attention back to her, "Yeah, Gemma, we are. For a slight break, just us. I wanted to talk to you as well, is that okay with you?" She asks', slightly concerned.
