It has been a while since Scott's accident, he has recovered. He has a sprained wrist, broken leg and a few scratches and bruises. He got his cast off yesterday. I went to his Hospital, when no-one was there, I admitted my feelings while he was sleeping. It was easier for me, I thought It would be best, if I left him alone for a while.

Ignored his calls, texts and seeing him at school. Scott soon forgot I had a crush, and is dating Carli. They have been dating for a month now, and I have to admit, they are a cute couple and I am jealous. Yes, I can admit that now, but Carli is my friend and I can't tell her.

I find it would be best, if I never told her. That I, Gemma Blackman have a crush on her, month boyfriend. Today is graduation, and I am scared. I have sent letters to some colleges close to home, I don't  want to leave my Mum or Dad, although they don't need me, but I need them just as much.

So here I am, standing in front of my mirror. My long brown hair, is cascaded down to my back in waves. My make-up isn't over-done, just a bit of blush, concealer, eye-liner, mascara and a light pink. My purple graduation gown, handing from my shoulders stopping a inch below my knee. My blue eyes staring back at me.

A knock on the door, pulls me out of my thoughts, I turn around to see my Mum standing at the door. Her light green dress, clinging to her body, her curves showing. She has a smile on her lips, and has a camera in her hand. "You ready, Gemma?" She ask's me.

I nod my head, putting a smile on for her sake. "Yes, more than I ever will be. Let's get going" I reply, picking up my bag and graduation hat, I exit my room. Closing the door, I walk behind my Mum. When we enter the kitchen, Dad is standing there in a suit, his hair is slicked back.

Mum lifts a camera up, "I want a picture of your Dad and you, to hang up" Mum announces, I walk over to Dad, hugging him, a flash shines before my eyes.

I smile at my Mum and Dad, "Let's get going, so you can get good seats. Come on" I reply, placing my graduation hat on my head, making sure it is in place, I walk out the door. The warm breeze blowing, at my knees. The birds chirping above me, I smile. Taking a deep breath, I walk towards Dad's Mercedes car. Getting in, Mum and Dad get in, driving to where the Ceremony is held.

After a few hours of traveling, we soon arrive outside the ceremony. Seats and chairs are seen, at the far side, other cars parked beside us. Other students standing either beside family, or beside friends. The sun beaming down on my skin, my heart is beating faster than ever.

I open the door, standing out of the door. I look around for Melissa. Looking for her brown hair, I spot her running up to me, slowly might I add. She is wearing a Burgundy coloured high heels. She is then standing in front of me, her purple gown showing. Her brown hair is straightened, her mouth is in a wide smile.

She then smiles, "Hey, you came! There is a after party, after Graduation. You coming, we can get ready in my house?" She asks me, excitedly.

I smile, turning towards my parents. They nod their heads, I bounce up and down in joy, "Sure, that's great. Let's get going, and line up for the awards. Mum and Dad will find a good seat" I reply, turning towards Melissa again, we walk side-by-side to the stair case. I will be the fourth person to walk onto the stage as my surname begins with B and Melissa will be near the middle since her surname begins with L.

When we arrive, we see Carli. She and Scott are making-out, Scott's mouth is covering hers. His hands wrapped around her waist, I turn my head. Melissa notices, giving me a sad smile. She puts a fake smile on.

Turning around, Melissa is yelling something. "Oui, get off Carli brother. I know you are dating, but that doesn't mean make out in front of everyone, get a room!" She yells, making me laugh out loud.
