Chapter 9

Chishiya POV

I was shaken awake, I felt my eyes, sot open and tried to focus on who was shaking me, once my eyes focused I was kinda surprised at who it is, I saw a somewhat soft smile on the face of Niragi. I let out a groan, trying to push him away to go back to sleep. "if I were you, I would get my ass up, you've been sleeping all day. You are lucky that we didn't have a meeting today." he said in a coucy tone. "shhh, I'm sleeping." I said in a tired voice, making a smile crack onto his face. " you have been sleeping so long that Hatter's game announcement" With that sentence leaving Niragis mouth I felt all the tiredness go away, and I sat up as quickly as I could making me and Niragis head hit each other. "AH!" Niragi let out a grunt and got up. "YOU PRICK!" he quickly let out. Grabbing his forehead. I put my hand on my forehead letting out a chuckle mainly cuz of his reaction. " next time, don't be that close to my face, Jesus." I got up from the bed, remembering, the words he said just before. "Why didn't you or Kuina wake me up earlier!" I said in an annoyed tone. "hey, don't blame me, I was killing a small group of traitors. so, don't look at me." he said in a mocking tone. "well, too bad, isn't it." I say while walking over to my closet grabbing some fresh clothes, and a towel walking around niragi feeling his eyes, on the back of my neck walking into the bathroom closing the door behind me. "you have 20 till Hatters states his usual announcement." he said, after a few minutes I hear the door to my room open and close.

I quickly turned on the water and waited for it to get hot. soon after taking my clothes off quickly take a shower, soon after hopping out grab the towel dry myself off, and put my clean clothes on, after making my way over to the door walking out of the bathroom, walking over grabbing my phone, running out the door, I ran down the stairs. I felt a slight feeling of anxiety I don't want to be late, hatter could think I'm a traitor which cant happen.

Once I got there open the balcony-looking thing, and I made it just in time. That's when I felt eyes on me, making me look around, my eyes landed on Niragi, who was glancing at me with a small smirk making me, roll my eyes. "COME ON GUY! We are ALMOST there!" with that Hatter threw his fist in the air making everyone cheer. we all got our number which was nr 4. I quilt went out to the car. I saw 3 other people joining the car I was in until I saw the familiar Raven-haired boy walk over to the car, making me raise an eyebrow. before one of the guys could get in, Niragi grabbed the guy's arm dragging him away from the car making him annoyed. a few moments later I see the guy walk over to another car and Niragi got in. " what was that about?" I questioned, in my usual cold tone. " this car was closer, got a problem blondie?" he said with his usual grin. I rolled my eyes and looked out the window.

I looked out the window, and soon enough a bright light couth my attention. A casino. When the car got closer, and stopped in the parking lot. I quickly got out followed by Niragi and some other girl. I quickly went inside, I stopped for a moment looking for the phones so I could register. I looked around and finally saw a group of 3 people waiting for the game, they were waiting at the bar. I quickly walked up to them and saw the phones, grabbing one and scanning my face.

And the AI voice from the phone started to speak up after I joined. "Please wait until the game commences. There are currently 4 participants, and 2 minutes until registration closes." with that I put the phone in my pocket and put my hood up. not a minute later, I was thinking about the game, but I didn't get too far in though when I heard 2 phone chimers.

"please wait until the game commences. There are currently 6 participants whose player limit has been reached. The game will now commence." with that I looked up and over to the girl that was in the car with me and Niragi. She was scared, it was easy to see, I looked at Niragi, well he looked like himself as usual. Suddenly some automatic doors opened grabbing all our attention. I let out a weak sigh starting to walk in there, but before I could go in there, one of the guys that already was there grabbed my arm, I gave him a cold glare, and soon after I felt a presence behind me, making me look, to see Noragi with the gun over his shoulder, I didn't say anything looking back at the guy, and raised an eyebrow, making the guy smirked. "I'm not interested in anything you have to say," I say in a cold manner making the smirk disappear on the guy's face. he wanted something, easy to sense. "come on dude." he said, his eyes looked somewhat pleading, and his hair was straight-up white, I looked behind him, to see his friend, I assumed since they were waiting on him, one had straight up red hair, and the other had casual black hair, I turned away from him and walked through the door, making the white-haired guy let out a groan. Once we all got in our phones chimmered, grabbing our attention. but I shortly got distracted by the table in front of me, with a revolver laying on the table in the middle, I grabbed my phone looking waiting for the usual information.
