Paris was perfect. The city itself, not the reason I was there nor the person I was seeing. When Emily learned what had happened, she didn't talk to me. She didn't want to.

I don't get why it had to be me. Morgan or Rossi should've been the one to know about her. I couldn't handle it. Before I left, Spence stayed on our couch, it killed me.

I got off the plane and went walking around the city, I had a couple hours to kill. I wanted to enjoy it but all I could think about was Emily. I did not want to see her. When it was time to meet, I walked towards a cafe and got a seat outside.

"Here's everything." I said, my fingers brushing hers when she grabbed the file. I looked into her eyes and knew what I wanted. She wanted it too. "We can't." I whispered. She smiled and leaned in.

"Says who." I grinned and followed her back to her new apartment. When her door closed, her lips were on mine and her hands were unbuttoning my shirt.

We fell into the bed and it was different this time. It wasn't because we were angry or stressed or horny. We were sad and she was soft and careful, like making the last time perfect.

I pulled her shirt off and her hands ran down my body. My back arched at her touch and she pulled my jeans down, slowly kissing down my chest. "Ready?" I nodded and her hand ran up my thigh and she slowly inserted two fingers.

My back arched as she kissed back up to my lips, covering the sounds of my moans. My arms wrapped around her and my stomach turned when she curled her fingers and went faster.

She helped me ride out the orgasm and wiped her fingers on the bed. I laid back onto the bed and she started getting dressed again. "Do you want to go get some food?"

"Emily wait." I said, leaning forward, putting my hands on hers and stopped her. "This isn't safe for you. I shouldn't be here."  She laid next to me and we faced each other.

"I should go." I whispered, she lightly put a hand on my face. "Please stay. Just one night." She brushed my hair behind my ear and I saw something in her eyes.

Something that wasn't there before. "Em. My plane." I grabbed her hand and lightly kissed her nose. "Jen I'm scared." Tears came to her eyes and I pulled her into me. "I know. But it'll be okay."

"I can't be alone. I can't do it." I chuckled and kissed her head. "Do you remember when I was pregnant and thought I was alone. You told me that you would always be there for me."

She shrugged. "I will never let you be truly alone. If anything gets bad I am a phone call away." She nodded and started to get up. "Then let's get you to the airport.

After that everything changed. When she came back, we got closer. Like a lot closer. It wasn't just sex anymore. It was more than that. It was everything I ever wanted.
