Dear all who may read this including me,
I just woke up from the most bizarre and vivid dream. It was abstract, but it is a noteworthy coincidence considering the odd book I obtained yesterday.
Anyways, this is what happened. I was in a field. The grass was long, dark red, and flowing from the wind. The sky was nearing sunset, and you could make out some stars appearing in the sky. But, instead of stars, they were dazzling eyes all looking at me. At the end of the field, there was the silhouette of a cloaked figure. The cloak of the figure was flowing graciously in the wind. I approached the figure, but before I could see its face, I stopped as it let out its hand - as if to show me something. Its hand was black and almost talon-like. I did not fear this figure, rather, I was entranced by it. When it I took a step more to grab its end I woke up, and that was it.
I almost forgot to mention - last night I did the foundation in the introduction. I waited for my brother to stop yelling at his computer and go to bed. I turned off all the lights and began breathing deeply. I used the box breathing technique Dr. Ealy taught me a while back. I inhaled for four seconds, held it for another four, and finally exhaled for four seconds. I did this until I felt more relaxed. I then began chanting "KAH-VEH-FU." I did this for around three to five minutes. To be perfectly honest, nothing really happened, but it was oddly relaxing. At best, I felt a gust of air around me briefly but that was it.
Onto less interesting things, I will be seeing Dr. Ealy again today at 1 PM. It is currently 10 AM. I think I will show him the book. He likes these sorts of things and he is an avid reader himself. I'm going to eat the toast and eggs my mom left for me downstairs. She is calling me down at this moment to eat it and drink my coffee. I will provide an update on how my session goes.
Sincerely,
Douglas.
