Chapter 6 : Sunday Morning

Felix's POV
I drive away leaving behind a flushed girl on the sidewalk. I glance at the rear view mirror, her cheeks are so red. I chuckle at her cuteness. A call interrupts my thoughts. "Sir where are you?" It looks like Lixin's early today, "I'm on my way back." After a while I hang up. I'm glad that Lixin didn't ask any questions because I'm not sure how I would explain my midnight adventure. I press down on the accelerator, thankful that it's only Sunday.

Haven's POV
God! His actions caught me by surprise! I turn around only to find my friends standing infront of me, open mouthed. I shyly wave at them. They come out of their trance and rush towards me.

"Where are you coming from?"

"Who is he?"

"Why did he kiss your hand?"

I'm bombarded with questions. I cover my ears and shout "Stop!" They stop. "Look I'll only say this once, there is nothing going on between us, he was helping me out with something that's why I came out of his car and he kissed my hands just to tease me. Satisfied?" I ask. They shake their heads. I let out a sigh. Fortunately that when mom comes outside and saves me from their neverending questions. "Kids come inside, I've laid out a feast for you"

Felix's POV
I reach my mansion by 9 and find Lixin waiting for me. He opens the door and I get out. We go inside the house in complete silence. As the butler takes my jacket off, Lixin tells me that Mrs Layla would be taking a leave today to visit her family. "So what would you like for your breakfast?" He asks. "Some croissants with strong coffee will work" I reply, sleepily. He nods and heads towards the kitchen while I trudge towards my bedroom. I fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow.

Lixin comes in about half an hour later, carrying my breakfast. As I sipped on my coffee, Lixin stared at me making me feel very uncomfortable. "Alright! What is it!" I ask exasperated. He breaks his stare and looks down as if debating something. Finally building up the courage he asks "Were you with a girl last night?"

Haven's POV
"Mmm! Mrs Park, this spread is delicious!" Mike exclaims. Mom chuckles but I can sense the sorrow behind her smile. Ever since Mike left, Mom's never been the same. Mike's my secret twin~well not really. The only ones who know about us being twins are our close family.

Mike left home in a fit of rage at the age of 15. He and my father never really got along. My father put a lot of pressure on him as he was the older twin. Mike had a curfew, dozens of restrictions and father Los kept a check on his diet. Father wasnstill a bit old-schooled. He believed that boys are the only people who bring honor to their families. That's why Mike's korean name is Woo Jin, meaning Treasure of the Family. I understand Mike's reasons for running away but I still miss him a lot.

"So Mrs Park do you know about Haven's midnight adventure?c Alex cheekily asks. I stare daggers at him. "No I do not" She replied, eyeing me. "It's nothing mom!" I hastily explain. "Are you sure? We saw him kissing you though" Brandon adds fuel to the fire. "On the hands" I hiss at him. "I never knew you had a boyfriend Chun Ja" Mom looks at me, shocked. "I don't, he was just helping me out!" I explain, or try to at least. Thankfully mom just laughs at me and thats when the mail arrives.

Felix's POV
"Were you with a girl last night?" Lixin asks, cautiously. Barely succeeding in hiding my astonishment, I question him " Why do you think so?" "Well first of all, you were out of the house all night" As Lixin starts to explain his reasons, I interrupt him "I didn't know I was forbidden to go outside MY mansion" Sighing, Lixin continues "Yes well, you left secretly without telling anyone." "I...I didn't want to disturb anyone" I retort. "Well what about this bag that I found on the passenger seat while cleaning the car?" Lixin smirked, knowing very well that he had me cornered. There's only one thing I can say now.

"I really like Pink.....and.... Glittery bags, I bought it, it's mine!" After eyeing me suspiciously for some time, Lixin finally says "Sir, I'm pretty sure Madam would like to know that you are finally taking an interest in your love life." "Don't you DARE!" I hurl a book at him, which he dodges easily and he runs out the room.
