Belle was ill prepared for the day that awaited her.

It had been two days since Randy's death.

Belle had caught the first plane back to Woodsboro as soon as she was released from the hospital to make it back in time for his funeral.

Belle was staying with her parents back at 261 Turner Lane. The day of the funeral, she slipped in to a black pant suit and a pair of black heels. Her mother drove her to the church it was taking place in.

Randy, like most other residents of Woodsboro, would be buried in the Woodsboro Memorial Cemetery. Belle was actually quite surprised at how close Randy and some other Meeks ancestors were to Stu and other members of the Macher family.

Belle sat on the front row during the funeral, right next to Martha. Behind her sat almost the entire staff of Bradley video from 1996.

She hadn't realized how heavily she was crying when they arrived at the graveside.

Flowers were laid on the coffin as he was slowly lowered in to the ground, gone forever.

Next, everybody traveled back to the Meeks' household.

Mrs. Meeks had prepared food, but Belle didn't eat. She felt like she was going to puke if she did, or if she didn't, for that matter.

As soon as she could get away from the overbearing friends and relatives, Belle snuck away up the stairs and in to Randy's bedroom.

The stuff he hadn't brought to Windsor with him (Old clothes, a few pairs of shoes, furniture, and some posters) were still exactly where he'd left them the last time he'd been home. That would've been at Christmas.

Belle looked around the room. The silence was deafening, she didn't want to be alone, but she didn't want to be with anyone downstairs either.

She wanted him. She wanted Randy.

The one person in the world that could keep her from completely falling apart was the reason it was happening in the first place.

Belle had sat down on Randy's bed and looked around. There was a stack of boxes in the corner she hadn't noticed before, Randy's stuff from Windsor.

Belle walked over to the boxes and picked up the top one. For a split second, she thought about seeing if anything important was inside. She decided against it, however, realizing Mrs. Meeks would want to sort through her son's stuff on her own.

She heard a gentle knock on the door, "Belle?" somebody muttered, causing Belle to quickly look towards the door. In through the door came Sidney Prescott.
