Aura's POV

As we headed over to Kai and Poseidon, I couldn't help but notice how blue the ocean water was; it looked amazing. It's been awhile since I've dunked myself in water, and my mermaid side wouldn't mind the fresh water. I decided that I'll ask later, since it seems we are headed somewhere.

"Is the ship ready to dock?" Kano asked as he and Scar came up to us. Poseidon nodded. I started to notice that some of the guards from before were getting the ship ready to dock. I looked over at Autumn on her boat, looking in decent shape, Chase looking much the same on his own boat.

The guards docked the ship, ensuring that it was steady and not drifting away from the dock. As they did so, Poseidon made sure that everyone had their things from the ship and that everyone was accounted for. "Alright, now that everyone is here, we need to head off for the Queen and King's to report on our mission." Poseidon then looked over at me and Scar asking, "Do you two have anything besides a human form?" I nodded in response. "Yeah, we're mer-people," Scar said.

"Great that works perfectly, we all are mermen. Would you mind if we head off to my underwater palace?" Scar looked at me, as if to gesture, 'Do you mind?'. "We don't mind," I said quietly, although sounding a bit more excited than I intended to. It's been a while since I've been able to stretch my tail. "Alright then, let us head up there. Arthur and Freya could be ahead or behind us. So let us get going." Poseidon said.

As we started walking to the castle, I noticed that everyone seemed to be friendly and lively to each other. I also noticed people trading items either for more items or for money. We were starting to reach residential areas, away from most of the markets, although still seeing some markets in between the apartments. As we approached the entrance gate of the Castle, there was a line of people trying to get in. When one of the guards saw Poseidon holding up a letter, he waved us on through.

We were walking through the castle when we saw Freya, her daughters, her son, and Chase in front of us waiting outside of a door. "How did you guys get here so soon?" Poseidon asked. Freya looked over, "Well, while you were talking, then walking, we were walking and talking." Poseidon gave her an unamused look."I do not do that. Why are you guys waiting outside?"

"You do. Arthur beat us here, so we are waiting for them to finish. I think they took Autumn and Ren somewhere else to heal, so they might do the same with Talia, Chase, Aura, and Scar." Freya replied. As she finished talking a lady came out, holding the door. "Are you ready Lady Freya?" Freya looked over and nodded. As she went in, the lady asked Talia and Chase to follow her. They both gave each other a look before nodding. "Don't worry we won't be going far, I was told by the Queen to make sure you were healed completely." They proceeded down a few more doors and then entered a room while Freya, her daughters, and her son went into a separate room.

"Welp, seems like we'll be waiting a while. Would you like to sit?" Kano asked as he went to sit down on one of the benches. I nodded, wanting to rest. It had been a while since I'd walked so much. I sat down and listened to them talk.

Freya's POV

As we entered the room, I saw that a butler had led Arthur and his children away into the meeting room. 

"Hello, my Queen and my King." I greeted them as I bowed. "Hello Lady Freya, please tell us what happened on your mission." The King replied.

"While we were on our way to the location, I got notified that there would be some disturbances. We dealt with them and once we got to the location, I found no dark elements, but it did seem like there were a ton of traps with dark energy, seemingly trying to keep any light energy away. We found a way to get rid of the traps and found out that there were dark elements in a cell. All seemed to have been outside before coming down to the cells. We saw that they had been torturing 3 of our children that we have long since been trying to find. So, we fought them. They were tough, but we beat them. As we were going to capture them, foam started to come out of their mouths. It seemed with the information they had, they didn't want it to be sent out. We were able to get the children out, and we got everyone back on our ship, but we didn't expect more ships to come attack us. We were able to defend the ship and get out of there with a few more hits to us and the children." I reported back to them.

They were writing down while I was talking. They took a moment before nodding their heads. "Alright, thanks for your report. We will think about what to do with this information after our meeting. Melanie, would you mind sending their two missing kids to see our medic? And please send in Poseidon and his sons. Alto lead them to the meeting room." The Queen said.

Q: What is your favorite song?

In the future chapters, I will either use doctor or healer. Just to let you know, so you don't get confused. I also realized I probably won't be able to finish this book before the end of the year, but I will be focusing on getting it done and then maybe re-editing all the chapters.

IMPORTANT: I will also be posting these chapters without much editing, so the next few chapters are going to be more of a draft for the chapters.
