Aura's POV

We had just finished training. We were learning what our skills came from and how to get better at certain things. It was almost dinner time when we finished. We were told there would be training every day, but it would vary how long we would be training for. The most they were training us on was our stamina and strength.

It was increasing over time, but at the moment they gave us a break. There was still a long time before we would go to war, but I know the time will go by fast.

Ace and the rest of them have been helping us as well, while also picking up on some training to refresh them. They seemed to love doing training, I know that the training here is different, but I still remember the training from him. It wasn't lovely for Chase, Autumn, and myself.

"—ere?" I heard someone talk to me. I shook my head slightly and looked up to see Kano looking at me. I glanced around to see that I had stopped and everyone else was standing there looking at me as well. "You alright?" Kano asked one more time. I nodded my head yes.

"I was just thinking of something." I told him. He quirked one of his eyebrows, "Well whatever it was, it didn't seem good. You sure you are alright?" He asked one more time.

I nodded my head, my stomach rumbled before I could speak again. I blushed, a bit embarrassed for my stomach growling. "Well, let's get some food. It seems someone is hungry." Kai said.

Ace waited until everyone was in front of him, before whispering in my ear. "Whatever was on your mind, you can tell us. I know whatever it was, wasn't good, but we are here for you to tell us." He said before standing up straight and continued walking.

'I'll have to think about what he said, maybe talk to Scar first.' I thought to myself. We headed into the dining room. Everyone else was already waiting besides Autumn, Ren, and the Field family. As we sat down they entered the room. 

"Well it seems the Field are last this time," Kano said out loud. He was smirking while looking towards Aspen. Aspen crossed his arms, "It is only on rare occasions that we are late, it is mostly the Oceans that are late." He jokingly said back. Aspen headed towards his seat while bantering with Kano, everyone else was already seated when Aspen responded. 

"Kano and Aspen, I will let you continue soon, but your fathers and Aunt want to call during this dinner break. They will also be telling us what has happened tomorrow for their reports of their kingdoms. I will have everyone join us for that meeting, it will be before training." The King said. "They should be in soon, it seems like they are setting up their holograms for the moment." 

Just as he finished talking a ding came through, before Freya appeared first. She was sitting down at her desk, there was a plate of food next to her as well.

"Hello, am I the first one here?" She said surprised. "I thought for sure Arthur was going to get here first." Right as she said that another ding happened, but instead of Arthur coming in it was Poseidon. He was also sitting down, but instead of having food next to him, it was on a separate table. There were tons of papers piled up. "Hello, sorry if I was late."He sounded very tired like he was overworking himself.

Ace and his brothers both looked worried. Before either of them could say anything a ding sounded, alerting that Arthur was coming in as well. With all three of them in the room, it seems like they are all worn out. 

"Father, are you doing okay?" Ace asked Poseidon. Poseidon nodded his head before sighing, "I will tell you what has happened in the meeting, but I believe the King here wanted to tell us how Aura and the rest are doing! Especially with the training."

Poseidon seemed to be dodging the question as he switched the attention to us instead. Ace looked a little upset with the dodge, but he let it go.

"They are doing pretty good, even better with the new styles we showed them. Their fighting was a little rusty, but they did well defeating some of the guards. Actually, we got told how to get out of some moves from them. It is very interesting how the other side uses their fighting." The King said. 

Poseidon hummed. "I would like to see that the next time we are all together again. Otherwise, anything else happening?" 

The small talk continued while everyone was finishing their dinner. Right as everyone was finishing, the 3 holograms asked for their eldest child to come to them. "Everyone else, I will ask for you to leave. King and Queen if you would like to stay, you may, but I would like for everyone else to leave." Arthur said as he started standing from his desk. The hologram follows him as he walks.

"Aura, Scar, if you would like to hang out in one of our rooms before you go to sleep, you are welcome to come in." Kai said, with Kano walking right next to him. We were all walking to the door heading to our hallway. 

I thought about it, I'm not that exhausted yet, I did want to read but the book I was reading was in Ace's room. "Um-" I started to think out loud when I heard Ace speak up. "Hey Aura, you can take the book that was in my room in theirs, you can even bring it to your room if you want." He said a little loud for me to hear, I didn't even notice it but he seemed to have come a little closer.

"Okay," I told him quietly. I didn't think he would let me get it, but I guess he doesn't care. He smiled before seeing us go. Once we got to our hallway, I did grab the book. Before heading over to Kai's room, where everyone else was. I sat down on one of the couches in there, while Scar, Kai, and Kano were taking turns on chess. 

I didn't realize I was getting exhausted until I slowly closed my eyes. I barely felt myself be gently down and covered with something, before falling into deep sleep.

Hello!

How has everyone been? So my laptop's computer actually started working today and I am not used to it anymore. But today was going to be the published date, I just decided to push it back because with how limited I was to getting this written. I wouldn't have made it at my usual time I like to publish.

I also can't wait for the next chaper.
