Aura's POV

It was a pretty good sized lake, although with how big my dragon was, I didn't feel comfortable getting in there.

'I understand this might be a little small still, but there is a trick if you would like to learn it so you can fit in the lake?' The Queen questioned. 'There is one trick you can use and this is becoming smaller, you just have to think you are making yourself smaller. And this could also become handy in the war.'

I thought hard about how small I needed to be to fit in the lake. I slowly felt myself shrink, by the time I felt myself shrink to the height I felt like I needed to be. For when I looked up, I saw the Queen shranked to my same height. She looked proud for a minute.

'I had shrank before you finished, I am glad you could tell what height you needed to be.' The Queen said. 'Now that you have shrunked, I will be going to a height high enough where I can see you. Once I do that, will you be ready to go into the lake?' The Queen asked.

'Yes, I am ready.' I told her. The Queen nodded her head. 'Alright, go in.' I jumped into the water, slowly sinking. As I looked around, I noticed some fish were swimming around along with some underwater foliage spread around.

'We will start with underwater and then we will do above water.' The Queen said. I nodded my head. 'For the underwater lap, you will do about 4 laps. You ready?' The Queen asked. I nodded my head again 'Alright get set, ready.... Go!'

I started swimming my laps, and by the time I finished, I felt like I could've done more. I popped my head above the water to see Autumn and Chase next to the Queen. I titled my head. The Queen smiled.

'You did well, you were as fast as Chase was in the air. You will do well fighting in the water, when the time comes we will need you to help in it. Now let's start the above water, there will be times you might need to pop up and attack, or you might need to dive down to attack with some speed.' The Queen said. 'Are you ready?' I nodded my head.

The second she said go, I moved. Right when I finished the lap I looked back over to the Queen. I looked over at them. 'Your time was maybe one second slower, but you were still fast. I believe I have the results I need. I would like to now test everyone on running, if you could shrink yourself to Aura's height. I would prefer you guys to not run the trees down.' The Queen said. The look is telling us it has happened before. 

Both Chase and Autumn changed into a smaller version of their dragon, using the same advice the Queen gave us. We were told to run from one point to another. Autumn was faster than Chase and I. The Queen nodded her head. 

'I have decided what I need everyone to train on, but training is almost done for the day. So we will have to do it tomorrow. Starting from tomorrow you will have days where you are training as your dragons, and there will be days where you are training as either your other half or as a human. I will get that situated with the King, so we can have it all scheduled for you.' The Queen looked over at the sky. I looked over as well, noticing it looked like it was past noon. 

'I believe we might've skipped lunch. It has been a while since this happened. I will go ahead and let you go. Might as well see if we were the only ones who forgot about lunch.' The Queen said. We all shifted out of our forms turning back into humans. 

As we walked behind the Queen, I noticed it was a little quiet in the regular training area. When I took a peak, I saw only guards training inside. The Queen went over to a door to peek in, I'm assuming where the King took our siblings. She shook her head.

"No one seems to be in there, I guess we did run it past lunch. I will quickly check with the King  real quick." Her eyes looked cloudy, assuming she is talking to the King. 

We waited around her, while we were I tried to see if I could mindlink Scar. I almost was able to, but I heard the Queen talk. I looked over to her, to see her eyes cleared. "The King and the rest finished their training. We did miss lunch, but seeing how it is somewhat close to being dinner we can get a snack."

We followed the Queen to the kitchen. "Ah! My Queen we were wondering when you would show up! The King, and everyone else has eaten and went to their rooms. If you would like to have a small snack before dinner we have some options!" One of the chefs said. We went ahead and grabbed a snack, before we were told we can go ahead to our rooms. 

As we started to walk to our halls, I saw Kano outside of our hallway. I nodded my head towards my cousins as they walked towards their hallway. I walked up to Kano, "Were you waiting for me?" I asked him. He nodded his head, "Didn't want you to worry about figuring out which bedroom we were hanging out at. I was told by the King that you were out of the training room." He said. Before showing us which room they were in, I told him I was going to change and get the book. He nodded his head.

Once I changed and got my book, I headed over to Ace's room. When I opened the door, I saw Kai, Kano, and Scar over by the chessboard. Ace was over by a chair with a book, he looked up to see me by the door. "Do you want to sit over here with your book?" He asked. I nodded my head and sat in the chair next to him. We read while we waited to be told about dinner.

I don't know what happened, but I lost my back up of this book, so I had to get it back again.
