Katara's POV

We all woke up fairly early, and ate breakfast. Within 20 minutes we were on Appa again. Everyone seemed to be calm this morning and nothing weird has happened to us yet. "What do you think The Warden and Azula are up to?" Zuko asked us, "I'm not really sure. All I know is that they both strongly despise us and it can't be good." I replied. "What I don't understand is why Azula isn't following us right now. It's almost as if she wanted us to get Toph back." Sokka questioned, "Why would she want that?" Aang asked. "Probably because I was too awesome to contain!" Toph exclaimed. "I doubt it," I mumbled. I looked over at Sokka to see him with a puzzled look on his face. "Everything alright Sokka?" I asked him. "Something's up, we are missing something important. I'm still trying to figure out why no one is following us and why Azula and The Warden have Tylee right now. I can't think of any reason as to why having Tylee captive would be beneficial to Azula." "She's crazy! Azula has been mentally ill since we were children, it's probably some sort-of power move she is doing to build up her self astem. Remember how she acted once we beat her on Sozin's comet Katara?" "How could I forget," I replied. "And on our search to find my mom she was absolutely insane! Before she escaped I had her in an asylum, I don't think that we'll be able to foresee what she does next. I don't think Azula herself knows." "That's not true. Sure Azula is crazy, but I think that she has gotten most of her marbles back. When she had me captive she was really composed, and calculated. She seemed just like her old self back in Ba Sing Se, but this time a more powerful bender. I think she has everything planned already." Toph added, "Are you positive? Last time I saw Azula she was absolutely insane!" Sokka said, "I'm sure." Everyone now has a very worried look on their faces. I know that I can beat Azula in a one on one fight, but to defeat her with her entire army is a different story. "Sokka is right, everything about this situation is off." Zuko said breaking the silence. "Once we get back to the Fire Nation I'll ask my mother more questions about Azula, I'm sure she'll know. I will also talk to my general advisors, the ones who worked with my father and I'll talk with my Uncle. I'm sure they will have some more insight about her." "Let's hope you are right." Aang added.

"Look!" Aang said, pointing down towards the ground. "It's the Kyoshi Warriors!" Aang then steered Appa to the ground. Sokka hunched himself into his shoulders, he definitely didn't want to see Suki. "Hi Suki!" Toph said once her feet hit the ground. "Oh my goodness hi guys!" Suki exclaimed excitedly. She hugged all of us including Sokka. When she hugged Sokka, Zuko's face turned red. I could tell that this was going to be very awkward. "So what have you guys been up to?" I asked the warriors. "Same old stuff. But right now we are on our way to rescue Tylee." One of the Kyoshi Warriors said. "We were just at Lizhou yesterday. The New Ozai Society, led by Azula and The Warden kidnapped Toph, we just got her back." I told them. "That's terrible," "Yeah but I'm fine though and so is Tylee." Toph told them. "Hey have you guys eaten yet, we were just planning on having lunch you should join us." Aang offered them, making Sokka turn red. "Okay," Suki replied.

Zuko's POV

This was super weird. Suki and I were great friends when she was my old bodyguard and I was sad when she and the other Kyoshi Warriors had to leave and go back to their home. So I should be super excited to see her, it's just that she is Sokka's ex and it makes me uncomfortable when they are together. "So Sokka, what have you been up to?" Suki asked him while moving slightly closer to him. We were all sitting in a circle, with Katara, Aang, and Toph  scattered between the Kyoshi Warriors, Suki beside Sokka who's beside me. Watching Suki move closer to Sokka made my blood boil. "Not much," He replied, rubbing his neck. "Well before the whole situation at the Fire Festival we were at the North and South Poles making blood bending illegal." Katara explained. She told Suki what happened at the Water Tribes and explained what blood bending is. Although she left out the part about Kenla and Survu. She also didn't tell them that blood bending was possible without the full moon. "Wow, that's so neat, but scary at the same time." One of the girls said. "What about you Suki? What have you and the Kyoshi Warriors been up to?" Aang asked. "Not much, just mostly helping our Island and teaching the younger generation about our group." Mika, one of the warriors, said proudly. "Yeah we've been pretty busy, but soon my schedule will be freer," Suki added, moving even closer to Sokka. Her lips were so close to his neck and Sokka looked so uncomfortable. "Aren't you guys broken up?!" I snapped at her, making her jolt back. "Ummm yeah, what about it?" She asked embarrassed. Everyone was now giving me dirty looks however Sokka moved closer to me which made me calm down a bit. I didn't reply to her comment. "Why did you and Sokka break up?" Toph asked, clearly enjoying the tension. "Because our lives were just too different. I was getting super busy with being the leader of the Kyoshi Warriors and Sokka was also busy at the South Pole being their Ambassador." Suki answered ; Toph now had a huge grin on her face. "Oh that makes sense, that's why you are telling Sokka that you are no longer busy and that's why Zuko is so jealous right now because they-!" "TOPH!" Katara yelled interrupting. "Hey she's going to find out sooner or later." Toph replied back, "Find out what?" Suki asked. "Nothing important." Aang said, smiling. Sokka and I were so embarrassed right now. "We also broke up because we slowly fell out of love, and we really valued our friendship and thought that we would be better off as friends." Sokka added trying to smooth things down, moving even closer to me. "It was mostly because I was busy." Suki replied quickly. "Anyways, do you guys have a ride to Lizhou?" Aang asked them, trying to break the tension. "Yes, King Bumi said that he'll give us a ride once we reach Omashu." Suki told Aang. We quickly ate lunch after that and then said our goodbyes. "Suki, can I talk to you?" Sokka whispered to her. "Sure," She said and they disappeared for a while before coming back. Suki and Sokka both had solemn looks on their faces and both looked devastated right now. Before Sokka got onto Appa he hugged her tight. "I will always care about you Suki, my thoughts and opinions about you will never change. You will always be special to me and I really hope we can continue to be friends." "Of course Sokka, I will always be there for you." Suki was now crying. What on earth did they talk about? "Hey Zuko," She called out to me. "Yeah," "I'm so sorry for stepping boundaries. We will still always be friends regardless of anything." She said, while crying and smiling. I smiled back at her, "I'm also sorry for snapping at you, of course we will always be friends." We all waved at the Kyoshi Warriors goodbye and then flew away.
