Cadet Pov:

I woke up, right? So then why am I back in the weird liquid-ish void. Where's Y/n? Shouldn't he be here with m-

My vision almost immediately changed and for only a second I got blinded by the sun, until it got completely covered up by fog and smoke...

Men screaming? People crying... What's with the gun in my hand? Some weird looking rifle- Is this-

I turned to see a guy crying at me with a british accent

???: "Please! Use my bandages- they're right-
It went clean in his eye

Cadet: "I- WAIT, sir! Are you- Your...

I quickly took cover behind some rocks and aimed at the enemies

I went into Dead-Eye and marked like only two people and pressed the trigger

Cadet: "I'm sorry- I-!"

A loud explosion was heard beside her as she slightly got flunged without her gun

Cadet: "GAH- Help! Anybody?!"

A man quickly tackled me, he aimed a small pistol at me.

I saw the knife in my holster and then saw his throat.

Lane Pov:

Lane: "What the hell's wrong with her?! This is your fault isn't it, Y/n?!"

Y/n: "The hell did I do? You think I just let it happen!"

Lane: "Of course you did! Her eyes are in Dead-Eye. They're yellow! Get her out of it!"

Y/n: "I don't know what to do! Stop blaming every little thing on me, you useless waste of oxygen! You don't understand anything you stupid son of-

Knuckles: "Calm down, arguing won't get you both anywhere!" He wasn't yelling, just pissed

Lane: "Well why don't you say that to him!"

Sonic: "Both of you stop talking...! Cadet's basically passing out, we don't know how this works. So just stop arguing and work as a team!"

Y/n: "Say that to him!"

Sonic: "Y/n... Just- I... shut up!"

Y/n looked heavily offended

I spoke up and said

Lane: "Alright! But- let's just... Please, we gotta help her out."

Knuckles: "Y/n. Do you by any chance understand this?"

Y/n: -attitude- "Yes. She's just gotta wake up on her own terms and feel safer."

Sonic: "So... We can't- Intervene?"

Y/n: -Mad- "I'm not sure..."

Sonic: "So we can only intervene when they're half awake?"

Y/n nodded slightly annoyed

Lane: "She'll... have to do it on her own?"

Y/n: "Is that not what I just said?"

Lane: "Stop talking, Y/n! My friend's Practically dying and you're being an annoying little prick! Cadet is all that matters right now!"

Y/n: "You think I don't know that? I got the guilt of this. Just shut your useless mouth."

Cadet Pov:
