Another High School Cliche

Chapter 6 (Pov:Reyansh)

The first time I supported her and showed her that I really like her and she walked off?

But I wasn't going to leave that opportunity I ran behind her and said I'm sorry for everything.

"U don't have to be, I am sorry," she said while tears rolled down her eyes.

"Why are u sorry?"

I asked her. She replied that she thought maybe I was embarrassed of her being shipped with her.

I had no idea how to tell her I have never been so happy being shipped with someone my entire life.

"No I was never, why would I?" I said.

"Then you should have talked to me why would u assume that I would have a problem," She said screaming while still crying.

I chuckled and replied "So why didn't you ask me before assuming that I would be embarrassed by you?" 

Both of us started laughing right there. 

And then I walked all three of them home.

I felt so much unburdened.

Did she find out I like her? Anyway, it should not have been my worry at that time I needed to give her more time.

Maybe the last day of the fest? 

And ya I also wanted to introduce my new friend to everyone, My neighbor - Ved the only one I talk to other than in school.

Their school and our school are together organizing this big fest.
These days are going to be exciting.

The next day

"Are the other school students coming from today?" Erica asked.

"Yesss" I said very excitedly.

"So who is the guy u r going to introduce to us?" Asked Tania 

"Someone really smart with an IQ of 200 (I had no idea what his IQ was though),
head boy of the school, football team captain, really good looking as well - Ved my bestie " I stated.

"I'm sure he is not going to be that great" Tania said while everyone else laughed.

After a few minutes of waiting and practicing, we saw lots of people coming together and discussing something it looked like an interesting talk.

Everyone was talking about something and it seemed they were talking about the same thing so I went to interrogate them.

"What's going on?" Ruhi asked.

"Exactly what I was waiting for "I replied ……kind of filmy but yahhh

"My friend is here"

"Miss Tania, do u know what they are talking about? " I said.

"How will I?" She exclaimed.

"Well, every girl is talking about that smart guy I was talking about a while ago" I said very proudly as if I was going to introduce my son.

And he entered the auditorium we saw each other at the first site… damn I have a lot to do with these first sites.

I very proudly went to him and said welcome head boy while everyone was looking at me like how does he know him?

I introduced him to my friends and Ruhi, while he was talking to everyone I whispered to Tania "Isn't he all that I said?" 

"Still not my type so I don't care" Tania answered.

Both these sisters knew how to break my heart. 

Ved pulled me to a corner and asked is it her pointing at Ruhi? I answered with a shy yes 

"Well she seems like a good person …nice choice buddy," He said.

Happy days started 

And we thought of starting it with a school tour to Ved we just wanted to skip the practices.

‘No no no we won't waste our time come on we don't want it to be a flop show guys.’ Erica affirmed.

“You’re just scared Erica nothing else we’re going who else is coming with us?” I said

Except for Erica and Ruhi everyone else raised their hands lol they thought no one would agree to bunk practices.

“I think if everyone is in we should just have fun for today we still have a month and I have never bunked any classes at least I can bunk a practice” Ruhi said

“Fine if all agree then who am I to say anything- lets' bunk the practices!!” Erica agreed.

And we all first took a tour of the 3rd floor we all laughed so much and nearly the whole school was bunking that day I guess since the hallway was filled with people walking about laughing, fighting, and enjoying.

We got to know each other more, everyone became comfortable with Ved. We all were pulling Tanya’s leg. 

It was a very good time.

“Good days are yet to come”- I thought to myself.

And as soon as I thought so the principal walked to us or should I say the principal walked to me with a disappointed face.

Those traitors saw her and hid before I could do so, and yes I got an earful.

Even Ruhi did not feel bad for me.

As soon as she warned me not to bunk the class again and to go join my practice immediately I went to them with a really angry face. 

Freakin it seems they did tell me to run.

“We did tell u to run with us what were u thinking …. Probably Ruhi” said erica.

Ok ok okayyyyy everyone else ignored the second part but what kept ringing in my head was the second part "probably Ruhi?".

WAIT SHE KNOWS???
