Hydra's Murderer

The attack

I shake his hands briefly, then walked behind him. I put him in a choke hold and pull out a knife. Suddenly all eyes were on me
"Alice what are you doing?" Bucky runs towards me
I say nothing and I put the knife against his neck. Bucky walks closer and goes to grab my arm
"Touch me and I kill him" I glare at Bucky and press the knife closer. I need to hurry up
"Alice this isn't you. You are being controlled by Hydra" he steps back
"My name is the Winter Nightmare" I say, I feel someone take my knife away. I make another and press it harder. The person who took my knife away got his out.

"Loki, there is no need for violence" Thor his brother says
Loki huffs and puts his knives away.
"Alice stop it" Peter walks towards me. He tries to come near me but I kick him in the stomach. I make the other knife and point the tip at Peter's throat
"He's dead next" I threaten
"Alice you wouldn't-" Natasha says
"You wanna bet?" I snap. I was so distracted that I didn't notice Bucky grab my arm. I tried to move away but couldn't. I had to escape and finish my plan, I turned into a black wolf, escaped Bucky's grip and ran.

I ran up the stairs until I was at the top. I transformed back and opened the door.

Bucky's POV:
"No don't look for her. I know what she is going through. I'll find her by myself" I say and leave, not waiting for a response. I check the security cameras and see her run up all the stairs. She's on the roof. I run up as fast as I can and open the door. I look around but I can't see her.

Alice's POV:
I turned invisible to make my plan more believable. I started fake crying. I was taught to do that in Hydra to act innocent. I'm leaning again the wall at the end of the building 'crying'. I knew Bucky would hear me.
"Alice? Please I know you are here I can hear you" he shouts in a nice tone. He eventually finds me and sits down. He still can't see me.
"Doll please? Can we just talk about this? I know what you are going through" he says whilst looking at the view
I reappear "no you don't" I say
"I do, kind of. There has been many times I've hurt people because of Hydra" he says
"You don't understand though. You have word triggers" I whisper
"What do you mean?" He asks
"I few months after you left Hydra found away to make the triggers different" I begin. He looks at me, still confused
"They made my trigger be whoever I need to kill" I finish
"You- you need to kill Tony" he says
"Yes" I reply, my plan is working
"But you were going to kill Peter" he says quietly. Oh that? That was me getting carried away but we don't need to tell him that.
"You know once you become it anyone who gets in the way you kill Buck" I say
"It wasn't your fault" he says. I lean against his shoulder. Yeah it was, it was intended. And I'm not stopping. I've got to earn their trust. No more attacks until the right time.
"I wanna talk to Peter" I say
"Alice..." he starts
"I know he won't want to talk to me because I tried to kill him and Tony, but can you ask if he will talk to me? If he refuses just tell him I'm sorry" I say
"OK doll" he walks up and leaves.

After about 5 minutes someone walks onto the roof top. He sees me there and steps away
"Don't worry, I'm not going to try kill you" I say and roll my eyes
"Oh... good" it was Loki. He walks over to me and sits down. I continue staring forwards
"Alice, may I ask how you make your knives?" Loki asks. I look at him confused. He understands
"These" he takes out his knives and looks at me
"I don't know" I pull out mine
"Well, can you make anything else?" He asks
I put away the knives
"I've never tried. I've only ever used my knives if I didn't have any other weapons" I say
"Well, why don't you try? How's about a gun?" He smiles
I nod and try. The first time I made my knives a had to really think about it. Now I don't even picture them, they just come. I try picturing a gun. After a bit of trying I stop
"Too complicated" is all I say
"Thats alright" he smiles
"I better go. Thanks for not killing me" he walks up and leaves.

A short while after that Bucky comes back, with Peter. I stand up and Peter steps back
"Peter she didn't mean to" Bucky says
"Peter I'm sorry. That wasn't me" I say
Peter relaxes a little
"It was Hydra, Peter not Alice. You know she would never hurt you on purpose" Bucky says. I mean that's kind of a lie. If he gets in the way again I will kill him, but I nod anyway.
Peter walks towards me and gives me a hug
"We will talk to Mr Stark and Steve about what they are going to do" he says
"Yes, let's take you to your room and we will talk to Tony" Bucky says
We walk downstairs and down a corridor.
