Are you sure?

I'm in my room watching TV when someone knocks on the door
"Come in" I say
They slowly open the door
"Peter! What are you doing here? I thought you would hate me" I stand up
"I don't hate you, I hate Winter Nightmare. You are looking... different" he looks at my metal arm
"Oh yeah, that. I'm fine" I reply
"Good, good. So did you hear about what's happening?" We sit down
"No? Why, whats happening?" I ask
"Oh, I would've thought Bucky would have told you already..." he said quietly
"Told me what Peter?" I say, anger rising
"Nothing, don't worry about it" he says
"No, tell me Peter" I stand up
"Bucky is meant to tell you" he says
"For fucks sake" I storm out. What is Bucky keeping from me? I walk to his room and open the door without knocking
"Oh Alice, I was just about to come see you" he says shocked
"You were meant to tell me something" I say angrily
"What? I'm confused" he replies
"Peter! He just came into my room and asked me if I knew what is happening" I start. I clench my fists... no, no don't do it
"I said no and he says that you should have told me!" I'm trying so hard to keep myself together. Bucky sees and moves towards me
"Alice... doll calm down, calm down" he whispers
I try so hard but he keeps on moving closer. I close my eyes and I feel his grip on my arms, I instantly relax and opened my eyes
"I'm sorry" I say
"No it was my fault" he replies.

"Tell me what's going on Buck" I say
"Okay... but you can't freak out" Bucky says
I nod
"Whilst we have been gone, someone named Thanos has been killing hundreds, in order to find Infinity stones. We have the last one, and he won't stop until he gets it- he even killed his own daughter. I am supposed to tell you that we need to fight" he says
I stand there shocked
"Wait, so first this guy called Thanos is trying to get the last stone- doesn't Vision have it? And secondly you want me to fight them?" I say
"I know you don't want to, but we don't really have a choice" Bucky says
"Can't Shuri just get the stone?" I ask
"She's doing that right now, but it's a really long process" Bucky explains
"When is he going to be here?" I ask
"At some point today" he says quietly
"Well then we better get ready" I say.
