Bucky's POV:
It's taking too long. Bruce and Alice have been in there for 5 hours, and we have heard nothing
"Bucky stop pacing she will be fine" Steve says
I ignore him and carry on pacing. What if it goes wrong? What if it doesn't work? What if it kills her? I slump down on the sofa and put my head in my hands.
"Bucky, we are heading to bed and you should too- it's nearly 12am" Natasha says
I nod and go to my room.
I get changed and sit on the floor of the balcony, looking at the blinking lights of New York, I can't sleep, my head is full of thoughts about Alice. I think I dose of for a few hours, because the sky is an orange colour when I look.
"Mr Barnes, Bruce requests your presence, says its urgent. He is in his lab" Jarvis says
"Tell him I'll be there in a minute" I reply
I grab my hoodie and run down to the lab, I see Bruce pacing up and down outside his lab
"Bruce? Whats going on? Why aren't you in there?" I say
"I saw she woke up on the cameras about 30 minutes ago, I tried to get in but something is blocking me" Bruce explains
"What do you mean?" I ask
"I mean, I can't get through to her" he says
The colour drains out of my face and I run to the camera room. I see her screaming and crying on the floor, I move the cameras around, and see that she is leaning against the door, this can't be the reason Bruce can't get in. I zoom in on the door, and see a knife wedged in the lock of the door. I run back to Bruce
"I can get through the door" I say
Bruce nods and moves out the way. I start banging on the door with my metal arm
"No! No No No Bucky stop it! Stop it!" I hear Alice scream.
Alice's POV:
He can't come in, no no he cannot see me
"I'm not stopping till I get to you!" Bucky says
"No you can't come in! No one can. I-I'll hurt you, I can k-kill you" I shout
"I don't believe that! You are fine, Bruce fixed you!" He replies
I suddenly scream in pain and clutch my head
"Doll, what's going on?" Bucky shouts
"Make it stop! Make it stop" I scream
"Mr Barnes she seems to be having flashbacks" I hear Jarvis say
"Fuck you Jarvis" I say
I scream out in pain again as more memories of all the people I've killed come back and I stand up, I run over to the operating table and grab a sharp tool and point it at my chest. At that point Bucky breaks through the door and runs towards me.
"Alice no! Think about what you are doing" he shouts
"Make it stop" I say quietly and a tear falls slowly down my cheek. Suddenly I feel a sharp jab in my arm and I pass out.
