LXXIV. If I did, then what Yuki?

We've just gotten back to our flow when the Preparation for the School Festival started, our Class had voted for a Acoustic Cosplay Cafe for the afternoons, while everyone were divided for the Sports Activity for the Mornings to Noon, and all were given a week for preparation

2 days for the Sports and Class activities, then the last will be an awarding of sorts for the booths the Classes had chosen, and Awarding for the sports activity and Special Mentions, I was told there will be some contests for the 3rd day too, but not really that much interested in it.

"You know you can just reject, right?" I turned to Ryoma who was frowning while we were heading back to the Classroom with some of the Clothes that will be sewn to some Cosplay uniforms for everyone, he's actually grumpy over me agreeing to help as a Hostess AND being a part of the Acoustic department.

"Meh, that's fine, not like I'm going to be jumping from booth to booth." I said.

"That's the idea of the School Festival Yuki." he said inexpressively, making me chuckle, upon entering we suddenly heard something falling , and when we turned to look, Ryuzaki's on the floor wincing, as Osakada bite her lips, though the glance she took towards our direction wasn't really missed, making me silently scoff, and continued to where i should be placing the box I have in my arms, whatever Ryoma does is up to him, I've decided to keep my feelings to myself lest I end up losing Ryoma at all.

"Here's the Clothes needed, anything else I can help you guys with?" I asked cheerily.

"Except for Sewing, she'll wreck the clothes rather than end up making a wearable one." Ryoma said from behind me, I scoffed at him as the ones with us laughed.

"Shouldn't you be helping your friend? she seemed hurt y'know." I asked while busying myself with putting the clothes out of the box.

"There are a lot more people in charge for the Props, and most are guys, at least some of them can help her themselves... or that noisy Osakada can do so." Ryoma said as he shrugged and follow my lead, I just shrugged.

"Oh, there you are Hanazakari-san, do you have any list you wanted us to learn for your Acoustic Sessions?" one of the people from the Acoustic section asked, I left Ryoma on the Costume Section to help the Section with a list, since there are only going to be 3 people who will be singing for the Acoustic Section, including myself.

Well at least, I can just sit there and sing, compared to straight up serving the customers with shifting shifts.

"You done?" we all turned to look at a frowning Ryoma, I looked at the list before leaving them for their own lists and went with grumpy.

"OH!! Ochibi and Manager-chan !" Kikumaru Senpai jumped in front of us as we make our way towards the Canteen, behind him is of course, Oishi Senpai, we both greeted the Golden Pair.

"Ne, Ne, What's your class booth going to be?" Kikumaru Senpai asked as we all walked to the Canteen as i turned out they're also heading there for a snack.

"Cafe." Ryoma and I answered at then same time.

"Wah, only a week and you 2 are in sync again!" The excited Senpai said.

"Stop badgering the firsties Eiji." we all turned and saw Inui senpai who was already in the Canteen with the others.

"what's this? is there a meeting that we have forgotten about?" I asked as I turned to look at the Captain.

"We all just happened to have the same brain cells as to escape for a bit to freshen up." Fuji Senpai was the one who answered, I shrugged as I walked straight to buy some Lemon Juice while Ryoma headed to the vending Machine to get his daily dose of Ponta.

"So, you and Ryoma are good again?" I jumped at the voice from beside me, only to glare as i met eyes with an amused Tensai.

"Would it have killed  you to at least make a noise first?" I asked, while the Tensaid chuckled and waited for me to finish my order and walked back with me to where the other Tennis Team Regulars are, Ryoma looked up at us with a frown as he sip from his Ponta, I took a seat at the chair he had pulled out next to him.

"So you guys were the ones who were able to secure the cafe booth?" Inui Senpai asked.

"Ne, Ne, I heard there will be an Acoustic band too, just for it to be a bit different than the usual Cafe!" Momo Senpai said.

"and you know that how?" i asked in confusion.

"Ryuzaki-chan and Osakada-chan were talking aloud when we met them up on their way back to the classroom." Kaido senpai answered.

"Though, I heard Osakada ranting about Ryoma not even minding to help Ryuzaki to the Infirmary." Momo Senpai said teasingly, it had called the attention of the whole team.

"there were a lot guys near him, they can handle themselves." Ryoma said with a shrug.

"Ara? not because you're sticking with our manager-chan?" Fuji Senpai teased, earning a glare from both of us.

"Now that you mentioned that, I also heard from Ryuzaki then that you have been attached with each other's hip again." Momo Senpai said it with a smirk.

"Ah, I pity Ryuzaki-san, she seemed to have other expectations." Fuji Senpai commented, making me raise my brows at him, he chuckled before leaning forward, as he only just sat beside her.

"Will you allow that, then?" he asked, only letting me hear of his question, I felt my face heat up and wasn't even able to think of a reply when i was broken out of it with a loud screech of a chair and a sudden pull from my arms.

"Let's go, they might be looking for us already." Ryoma said as he dragged me out of the Cafeteria, My lemon Juice almost getting spilled when i pulled my arms away from him as we stepped out.

"I almost spilled my juice!" I whined, he scoffed.

"You seem flustered with whatever it is that Fuji Senpai had been murmuring to you." he said flatly, I looked at him with my brows arise.

"Is that the reason why you suddenly pulled me away? cause it it is, I swear Ryoma, I Will--"

"Will what?" he cut me off as he stopped walking and looking at me seriously, i suddenly forgot what i was about to say, he tilted his head with his still cold expression before stepping forward.

"If I did, then what Yuki?" he asked, i blinked owlishly at his sudden change of behavior.

"What? Will you avoid me again? will you be hiding from me again? are you going to not talk to me again? Or are you going to act as if i'm not around again?" for hi every question he kept walking forward, urging me to step back at his crowding form, only to freeze upon feeling the cold wall behind me, he scoffed and leant down making our faces close and very much levelled.

"Newsflash Yuki, the next time you cut me out again without any valid reasons, I won't be as patient as I was the first time around." he said, then after a couple of seconds of staring straight into my eyes, he smirked and left.

leaving me gawking at his confident figure walking back to our room.
