IV. 'Gate Keeper'

Days had passed and It's already time for the Ranking Matches, as Yuki became the 
'Gate Keeper' only few were given a chance to enter the ranking, her role as the Club's Manager and player has been approved a day after she was scouted, and since then she was often seen with The Captain; Tezuka Kunimitsuand Coach Yamato Yudai.

As she start, she was given an assignment to observe for the following day after her 1 point game with the members who are aspiring to enter the Regulars.

And today she had just given her observation to the Coach and the Captain as they watch over the Members who are busy with the warm-up.

"This is quite detailed, you even have their supposedly current diet in take?" Coach Yamato asked in surprise

"It's easy to say with how they move, and behave, also their stature can be a dead giveaway not only that but also their play." Yuki said, the 2 guys nodded.

"Well, I Scouted a good manager, what do you think, Tezuka-kun?" The coached playfully asked.

"You now have the current datas, I'm pretty sure you already asked Inui too, but are your plans for the Regimes?" The Captain asked as stiffly as always.

"I already have something in mind, and I'm pretty sure with the result of the observations we will be able to add more that will suit them." The Coach said before looking at the young manager.

"What do you think, Hana-Chan?" he asked with a smile, while Yuki just sighed.

"Told you to stop calling that, I have a suggestion though I think it would be more suitable once the ranking is over." She said.

"Why wait till the Ranking?" Coach asked,

"Because only when you wanted to be stronger will you be more open to whatever it is that will help you." She said, The Captain's eyes widened a bit at her words, while the coach smiled.

"Perfect. I Will let you announce it whenever you see fit, though tell us first when, ok?" The Coach said as he dismissed him for the day, she's not needed for the Ranking Match, she had already forfeited her spot the day she was told she will be joining, she had decided to be a back-up player just in case some things happens.

"I'll be on my way now, Coach, Captain." She said then walked away, only to be stopped by Ryoma.

"Are you not going to wait for me again?" he asked in annoyance, she had been leaving him behind since she became a member.

"I am already dismissed." Was all she said, making Ryoma more annoyed, the scene called the Regular's attention, for Ryoma only acts like this around Yuki.

"So? Wait for me, we live the same way." He said.

"No, I'll be dropping by somewhere else." She said before she continued walking.

"Are you going to eat out again?" he asked flatly.

"Ja ne Ryoma~" she said as she continued walking, not even bothering to glance at her friend.

"Tsk." Ryoma walked back to the Court with a frown on his face and seemingly with a dark aura surrounding him.

"Was it just me or Ryoma..."

"No Eiji, Ryoma behaves really different around Yuki." Fuji said answering Eiji's unfinished words.

"She works fast, that Kid." Kaidoh suddenly said, making them turn to him.

"What do you mean Mamushi?" Momo asked, this irked the bandana wearing man but said nothing about being called Mamushi.

"She has been given an Assignment to assess us after she rejected her spot as a regular, it has just been 3 days and she has already gathered everyone's data, plus Inui Senpai's Data." Kaidoh said.
