The game between Ryoma and I ended up with a draw.

Which ultimately pissed him off more as I lost against Fuji senpai, and that the chances of me winning against my last match aren't that high.

I let myself fall onto the bench at the side of the court as Captain adjusts the grip of his tennis racquet.

This will be the 1st time I'll be playing with Captain though, him unsubtly 'subtly' doting on me aside, I'm pretty sure this game will be entirely different than the 1st ones.

The coach had ordered for me to take a break while talking to Captain along with the other team's coaches and captain, while the other team members were talking by themselves.

apparently, not all... as someone had finally stepped down of his high-level pissed-off moments.

"Can we talk now?" I asked, not looking at him, he didn't answer for a moment, until he asked me something.

"Who's here?" He asked, I groaned, Is he really hung up about the Miracles -_-

I sighed before answering.

"I did hear from Aida-nee, their coach that they'll be going off on a beach training in this area, she was the one who suggested we do some too, So yeah, Tetsu's here, that guy earlier is his new light-- er... partner...? co-duo? ugh, you got the gist, I only found out about them being in the same area after booking the lodge, and I only found out that Tetsu wasn't the only Miracle around when I saw another one during their practice match." I said as I explained.

I wasn't sure why I had to explain it all but it's Ryoma, he seldomly shows his emotions and when he did, it kinda scares me, take it from experience as his childhood friend.

"And the other one?" he asked, I saw him turning to look at me via my peripheral vision.

"The 3 pointer carrot," I answered.

"Carrot...?" he asked, I turned to him, his face not as strained as earlier, phew.

I smirked.

"He chose a school with Orange motif, without thinking how his hair color will mash up with orange, making him into a humongous Carrot," I answered, chuckling at the end, he stared for a bit before nodding, then silence ensued.

He sighed from beside me before he stood up and walked, only to stop in front of me.

"Don't leave alone, if you want to go and watch them tell me, I'll go with you, and I'll forget everything that had happened if you win against Captain, how about that, fair?" He asked.

I smiled and nodded only to stop.

"Wait... I have to win against Tezuka Buchou?!" I whispered-yell, he smirked as he nods.

"what's fair about that you nincompoop!" I hissed, he just raised one of his brows at me, making me roll my eyes at him.

"You know I don't have an assurance in winning with Buchou, right?" I asked, he shrugged.
