LXIII. Adviser and Emperor

I stopped and turn for Tetsu only to see him and Atsushi glaring at each other.

"Murasakibara-kun, do you still find basketball boring?" Tetsu asked, I sighed.

"If you keep talking about that I'll even crush you, Kuro-chin." He said then he turned to meet my eyes with a bit of a glare.

"I don't know what it's like to have fun, especially when you took her with you, Is it not enough that I like winning and I'm good at it?" He said as he started walking my way with Himura walking behind him, then he stopped beside me.

"Well, If you have anything to say, I'll hear it at the Winter Cup." He said then left, I sighed again then My phone rang, I immediately answered the phone, It was Riko-nee, asking me to tell the Guys to come to the school, I went along with them since it'll be boring being alone in my own house, I stopped at the door as I saw who was with Riko-nee, she hadn't seemed to realize I'm also there as he Ran towards Tetsu, making me sigh, I pulled out a spare shirt from my bag then walked to the 2 on the ground, Momoi looked up in surprise.

"Yu-chan!" She hollered as she launched herself at me.

"I know, stop suffocating me Boobsy-chan," I said, making her laugh a bit, while Tetsu stood up and glared at me.

"Yuki-san." I just rolled my eyes at him and raised my spare shirt to her.

"I know I'm quite small but this is better than the one you're wearing at the moment, at least it's black and no bear will be victimized," I said, she laughed a bit again as she made her way out, I turned towards Riko-nee.

"what happened?" I asked, she sighed and shrugged.

"I'll let her tell you 2, How was the Street game?" She asked, I sighed and shrugged.

"they weren't able to play at all, thanks to the Rain," I said, she nodded then we waited for Momoi.

When she arrived she told us what happened, that Aomine hates her for telling their coach about his injuries and not letting him play, hence him not being able to play for the semi-finals and finals. I shook my head and waited for her to finish, as soon as she did her eyes immediately went to me.

"Yu-chan..." She sadly called out, I let out a sigh and walked towards her, back hugging her as I leaned from behind her chair.

"You shouldn't have done that, I mean You should have just told the Coach about his Injury but not asked him to stop him from playing, or at least you should've let him know about talking with your coach yourself rather than him finding out on his own from others." I sternly said, she sniffed, I stood up and let my fingers brush her hair.

"Injuries, His elbows, mostly." She said,

"Well, I thought that might be it, The reason must be the quarter-final game against Kise-kun and Kaijo, right?" Riko-nee deduced, I nodded in agreement.

"It's their Weakness," I said, calling everyone's attention, Tetsu and Momoi nodded in agreement.

"If the 5 members of the Generation of Miracles have a weakness, It's their overabundance of talent," Tetsu said, shocking everyone bar Momoi and I.

"The Generation of Miracles possesses strength far greater than any High school student, However, because their bodies are not fully developed their bodies cannot keep up with their talent, because of this, they must restrict themselves, if not they'll only end up hurting themselves," I said.

"Aomine-kun was reckless when he faced Kise-kun," Momoi said, I sighed again.

then Tiger said something making Momoi cry, we all turn to glare at him.

Tetsu sighed.

"You lack delicacy," Tetsu said, making me laugh, Tetsu was able to stop Momoi's crying and assured her about Aomine too, making me smile at the 2 as she launched towards Tetsu again.

"Let me ask you one more thing, I know why Aomine didn't play in the Inter-High, but do you know why the other 2 didn't?" Riko nee asked, making me scoff.

"This is only a conjecture, so I can't say for certain, but... Mukkun... I mean Murasakibara-kun only listens to 2 people, one is Akashi-kun and doesn't want to play against him. I believe he sat out the Rakuzan versus Yosen for that reason." Momoi said, 

"Atsushi said, the Emperor doesn't want him to play," I said, she turned to look at me in surprise.

"We met him just now before we came here," Tetsu said, Momoi nodded in understanding.

"What about Akashi?" Kiyoshi-kun asked.

"He is not interested in the championship," Momoi said, I nodded as I let one of my hands around her shoulders, while the Seirin team looked shocked at the answer.

"It's not because he doesn't want to win, but because his victory is assured," I said.

"After his team beat our team he was asked if he couldn't have beaten us more easily if he had played, he said only one thing in reply; That it wouldn't have been interesting," Momoi said, I pulled away from her and faced her.

"You should go now, Tetsu-"

"I'm going back with Momoi-san," he said, I nodded with a smile.

we parted ways out of the school, As I went on my way home, I let my mind run on thoughts.

I've met Atsushi again, and only now I've realized how he resented that I've 'abandoned' him, even going as far as calling himself my Teddy Bear, then Momoi san and the Issued of Daiki's Elbow Injury, and a possible injury on Kise's too seeing as he had pushed himself during that game, then lastly... Akashi Seijuro... The only Miracle I haven't seen after a while.

I felt a shiver down my spine at the last thought, it wasn't easy leaving the clutches of the Emperor, especially when his change from the warm and nice Seijuro to the Manipulative and cunning Akashi happened, I'm not sure how things will turn out once we meet again, one thing for certain though is that, I would have to watch over his moods and moves, I'm glad I'm not in the same Sports with him anymore, though pretty sure poaching will come once he realizes that  I'm around and is watching over the sports again, he had made it clear for me that he would always want to work with me in the area, like how an Adviser is for the Emperor.
