Classroom/School Halls~~~~~~~

Isabella's POV

The school bells ring as it snaps me out of my daze, a lot has happened today and thank the Lords that school is over.. I gather my thing's as I get up from my chair, Sebastian passing me with ease as he walks over to Alex. She's has her bag around her shoulder as well, as he leans in and kisses her on the cheek.

"See you tonight." He says as he glances back at me, with a glint in his eyes to piss me off. He then turns and walks towards the classroom door. My eyebrows furrow with annoyance as I proceed to throw my book into my bag. He clearly did that to piss me off.. it's working a little bit too... While throwing my bag over my shoulder I glance at my best friend to see her cheeks are a little pink. Out of everyone in the school, she chooses to go to Prom with Sebastian Mitz.. who we BARELY know by the way. I watch her reaction as she just stands there, a little smile appearing on her face. Everyone is leaving the classroom except for the teacher, that doesn't even knowledge we're still here. My frown turns into a grin as I say:

"I know I said I wouldn't judge but your cheeks are as red as a sunburn." I say. She finally snaps out of her daze and shakes her head.

"Then don't." Alex says out of the blue with annoyance. She doesn't bother waiting for me as she walks passed me, towards the doorway and out of the classroom, leaving me the only student left to leave. What did I do? I was being sarcastic... And maybe a little judgy. With impulse I jog out of the classroom and into the School hall's, it's filled with students hanging out by locker's, and some leaving to go home. I walk towards the school exit as I pass the gym, I stop in my tracks. I backup a couple steps to see that there still setting up for prom, the stage is all galaxy like, going perfect with my dress. I spot Samantha on that stage, practicing her speech as her goons applaud her.

We all know she's gonna win Prom Queen so I don't bother listen to her echo's in the gym. I proceed after my best friend as I open the school doors to an even amount of people getting on the bus and other students waiting for their ride. I walk up a little bit to see if I can spot Alex's mom's car anywhere. My mom isn't even here yet, which is weird considering school ended about 5 minutes ago. She probably got stuck in traffic..

I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I feel a tap on my shoulder. I turn around to see James, who looks visibly annoyed.. shit... I didn't respond to his question... I immediately tense up as I slowly turn my attention to him. Here goes nothing...

"If you didn't wanna go with me you could've just told me, I can handle it." He says with car keys in hand. I forgot he can drive.. I keep forgetting in general.

"I'm so sorry I just... Forgot..." I say as almost an whisper. He clearly heard it though because a vein starts to slowly appear on his forehead. Oh he's mad mad...

"Yeah, you always forget." He says. "See you tonight Isabella." He says without looking at me as he passes by, towards the parking lot.

"James! Wait!" I say but to no vail. This is all my fault... He keeps walking towards his car as he presses the unlock button on his keys. It beeps as he walks across the road where the buses are at, towards his dark blue car. He walks towards the driver side of his car as he stops and waves at someone. I look around him to see who he's waving at, and I spot my best friend. She waves back with a smile as James gets in his car. Right as I'm about to scream her name, wait... I recognize that car...Just as I'm about to realize, I spot that dark haired asshole as he caresses her face, folding her side bangs behind her ear. Where did he come from..? I guess I didn't notice him at first... It is sorta far away...

Out of all people... Why him? He was blocking my vision because of the buses mostly, but I'll recognize him from anywhere. He then opens the door for her, as I feel my feet start to move towards the car, my eyes still focused on Alex. She smiles at him gently as my feet are starting to pick up the pace. At the same time I hear a little thunder clap in the sky, making me stumble with surprise. I didn't even realize it was cloudy, much less gonna storm. I must've looked stupid stumbling like that... My eyes are fixated on the black car again, as I no longer see my best friend.
