Hindi ko alam kung sino ang mas nagulat. Ako ba o ang mga tao dito sa principals office.
The entrance of Sir La Leon left us all speechless. Pero mas lalo akong nagulat nang sinabihan niya ang lahat na guardian ko siya.
Pinaprocess ko pa sa utak ko kung paano ko siya naging guardian at bakit siya ang nandito instead kay Mama.
"Good thing I came on time. Baka pagtulungan niyo lang si Jamaica,"
I furrowed my eyebrows with a look of questioning. Hindi ko alam kung ano ba ang irereact ko dahil di ko talaga iniexpect na pupunta dito si Sir La Leon at magrerepresent pa sa akin.
"Excuse me Mr. La Leon but how dare you say na pinagtutulungan namin siya?" nanggagalaiting sabi ng isang guardian.
I scoff at and look at that guardian with disgust. Parang kanina lang sinasabi nilanv minamanipulate ko ang mga anak nila tapos ngayon hindi daw nila ako pinagtulungan? Boang?
"I clearly heard what y'all have been saying to her. It's crystal clear that you're ganging up on her," sabi ni Sir La Leon.
I cross my arms and taas kilay ko silang tiningnan. No matter what the reasons Mr. La Leon at causing him to be my guardian in this gathering, I don't need to hear it. Sapat na na may nagrepresenta sa akin at pinagtatanggol ako sa mga previlaged na mga tao na'to.

"I witness her grow up and I witness her talent for dancing. She won a lot of awards simply because of her talent. Now, If you really think this talented girl right here will do that in order to just win then sorry, you all are just projecting youself to her. Painting her as a bad person where in fact it's not,"
Biglang tumubig ang mga mata ko. Hindi ko akalain na ipagtatanggol ako mismo ni Mr. La Leon and the feeling of having someone protecting you warms and gives comfort to my heart.
Lumaki akong walang Ama and I honestly don't know the feeling of having a man in the house. Seeing Mr. La Leon, standing up in the center, protecting me from these previleged people, it felt like nagkaroon ako ng Ama.
Pinahid ko ang mga luha ko gamit ang aking palad. It felt emotional dahil akala ko ako lang mag-isa ang lalaban sa kanila but I'm glad I have someone stood up for me. Even though hindi ko man siya kaano-ano, I'm still grateful na pinagtanggol niya ako sa lahat ng nandito.
Hindi ko na alam kung ano ang sunod na nangyari. One thing for sure, someone from the guardians got offended of what Mr. La Leon said for making me as a bad person. Nagkaroon ng maliit na confrontation pero napakalma din agad ng Principal.
