I legit had to look up an actual wedding script when writing this. So don't be surprised when it's pretty damn bland. I haven't been married myself, because, as some of you might know, I'm not even 18! Meaning, i don't even know how to properly do this shit. So... wait until i managed to woo my gf first. Maybe then I'll be able to write a proper marriage fic or something...

Plain. Cheap. Aggressive. Menacing. Dull. Just like the ring he bears, the albino is fully aware that he himself has not changed much since then. All of the mirrors in the house would agree with him on this sentiment, and all of the Accelerator's that live in them would also agree. But eventually he, too, will have to change, if only even slightly.

But if there is one thing that the albino is really sure will never change, it would be his hatred at being the centre of attention.

90% of the attendees are just the clones, all dressed in a similar dress that Last Order had chosen, courtesy of his dying bank account. The remaining 10% are the people he's met in the past.

The suit is hot. To think those two wards and guardians of his spent nearly 9 hours just to pick one set of suits... and he was forced to follow them... Like, what's wrong with his old suit? If it's food enough for a city Board Chairman, then it's good enough for said Board Chairman's marriage!

Anyways, why was there no air conditioner in this place? Is that why people refused to get married in this God forsaken city? Is that why they waste so much money just to go to Hawaii or something?! The moment he's back in office, he'll solve this problem. No matter the cost. ASAP.

"Any moment now."

Tsuchimikado muttered from his side. Ah yes, his only official best man for this one in a lifetime occasion. The albino would've taken that damned hero as well, but knowing his luck, it'd probably be akin to signing the divorce paper before it even started. Since he didn't have that many male acquaintances, the albino just nicked random strangers from the street at gunpoint while also offering them a can of coffee for their trouble.

That hero ended up not getting invited...

Indeed, true to the blond's word, the large wooden door opened. Fragrant sun lights shine through it, flower petals of many kinds flow through and land on the wooden floor. Pure white doves fly in and out the building, their flapping wings are the only noises left in there aside from the slow clapping by the clones. The planner deserved some extras for the extravagant opening.

She walks in, a banquet of flowers clutched by her gloved hand, her father by her side. Even with the translucent veil concealing her face, he could see a longing smile beneath. The brilliant white dress fit her perfectly, the only expensive dress he didn't regret paying for. His heart skipped a beat. The building irritation vanished at the mere sight of her.

Standing on this altar had been proof that he was, indeed, a very lucky person. He would've never imagined that this day would ever come. Romance was never really his thing so he never really gave it much thought until a few years ago, and he now sees how much he's truly been missing in this life of his.

The more her feet guided her closer towards him, the faster his heart beats. Eventually, she now stood before him.

The invocations were short, but the intent and passion behind the words made it far more powerful than it was meant to be. After a short wait, the pastor begins.

"Do you, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband, to live together in matrimony, to love him, comfort him, honour and keep him, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live?"

"I do."

Those words, whispered with desire to the man before her, stuck in his throat. All the rest melted away. His sole focus was on the woman in front of him, his only life. He was so focused on her, he nearly forgot about vow.

"-to be your lawfully wedded wife, to live together in matrimony, to love her, comfort her, honour and keep her, in sickness and in health, in sorrow and in joy, to have and to hold, from this day forward, as long as you both shall live?"

"I do."

"Two souls united as one, have chosen rings to exchange with each other as a symbol of their unending love. As you place this ring on her finger, please repeat after me. With this ring, I wed and pledge you my love now and forever."

"With this ring, I wed and pledge you my love now and forever."

"By the authority vested in me by the State of Academy City, I now pronounce you husband and wife!"

A loud cheer coming from his newfound... God, he's gonna need to get used to this... All the cheers came from his wife's friend. While the clappings came from most of the clones. Unsurprisingly, only 2 clones cheered. Last Order and Worst.

Her eyes wide open, sparkling with an unbridled delight. And then it closed, she covered her mouth with her free tiny, slender fingers as she sweetly giggled into it. Her other hand fondly holding his.

The sight of her like this made his chest flutter. He was certain that her smile just then was brighter than the sun had ever gotten. Why else would the world suddenly appear sunny? And why would the air turn warm? There was no explanation.

He doesn't know what she was feeling and why it was so intense, but her Personal Reality is being affected by it and warming it up. He doesn't plan on finding out by using his Vector Manipulation. Learning it using science will only negate anything that made it special. He wishes to learn it through experience. To try and be more human.

But then again, whatever it is, he didn't give a damn anymore. Science and logic be damned. He just wanted to enjoy this for once. So he let out a sigh and surrendered himself to the moment, smiling himself slightly. A part of his humanity was restored.

The distant chimes of a wedding bell is a sign of the end of a long journey. Yet he couldn't be any more happy to hear it, as it is also a sign of a new chapter of his life to unfold. Except this time, it includes a person that he doesn't really mind being with for the rest of this life of his.

And in that moment, life was great. Not the kind of great where nothing is wrong, but the kind of great where wrongs don't even matter.
