I went right back to sleep after Liam left. When I woke up, my bedroom was dark and I was cold. I groggily got up and made myself a cup of coffee and a bagel. I went and took and steaming hot shower and blew dry my hair. I went over to my closet, fingering through my vast amount of clothes trying to decide what to wear. Last time Liam took me out I felt a little over dressed, even though we were at a semi-fancy restaurant. I hated how he did this. Why couldn't he just tell me where he was planning on taking me?
I decided on leggings and a black and white crop top. I put on eye liner and mascara and got ready to go. I forgot Liam said 9 instead of seven this time. I was about two hours early. I decided to go make a fruit salad for dinner. I cut up juicy green apples, plump green grapes, freshly picked strawberries, pineapple and watermelon. It was delicious. I still had time to spare. I was half-heartedly watching an overly dramatic movie when Liam walked in.
"You need to keep your door locked. It's not safe."
"I didn't know it was unlocked. Where are we going?"
"We're going to a club."
"Why didn't you tell me? I can't wear this to a club I need to go change! I can't belie-" I cut myself off when I felt his arm snake around me, making me flinch at his sudden touch.
"You look fine. Come on, we're leaving."
The start of the car ride was silent. I was getting used to it. Liam kept his eyes on the road and the wheel tightly gripped in his large strong hands. Millions if questions still raced through my mind. I realized how little I knew about him. While he was gone, I had done some research on this Danielle girl. Turns out she's modeled before, and she's a dancer. I watched a few interviews of her that I found on the Internet, and she seemed really stuck up. And clingy. And needy. And annoying. Needless to say I wasn't very fond of her. My mind buzzed, millions of questions begging to be asked.
"How old are you?"
"Twenty-one."
"Oh...I'm only 19. Do you have any family near by?"
"My mum and sister live close. What about you?"
"I'm an only child. My mum lives out west. My aunt lives a few minutes away from me. How were your past relationships?"
"What's with all the questions?" He snapped.
"Sorry. I'm just trying to get to know you a little better."
"Don't."
"I'm sorry."
We're meeting some of my friends at the club."
When we arrived at the club we went right in. I assumed Liam knew the bouncer at the club because they gave each other one of those one armed "man hugs" with firm pats on the back. We got right in. Liam escorted me to a secluded table in the back corner, where two guys and one girl were sat.
"So you're Bayleigh?" The girl asked. "I've heard a lot about you." She made eye contact with Liam, who tried to play it cool by putting his hand on the back of his head and looking away. I could tell he was embarrassed. "By the way, I'm Veronica." She held out her hand for me to shake and I took it, examining her. She had on a skimpy black dress, her boobs hanging out of the top, and the bottom hem barely came down past her waist. "Lets go dance!"
"Veronica, no." One of the men said. It was exactly like the stern tone Liam used with me. Scary.
"Edward pleeeaaaase just let me go and get one hot guy!! I haven't had sex in forever!"
"You had a guy over two days ago."
The other man looked at them uncomfortably and then back at me. "I'm William, by the way. Everyone calls me Willy."
