Betrayal Between Partners.

Kunikida and Dazai were once partners in the Armed Detective Agency, a team of individuals with supernatural abilities who were tasked with solving mysteries and preventing disasters. Despite their differing personalities, they had a strong working relationship and mutual respect for each other's skills.

However, one day, Dazai abruptly left the agency without any explanation, leaving Kunikida feeling betrayed and hurt. As time went on, Kunikida tried to move on and focus on his work, but he couldn't shake off the feeling of abandonment and betrayal.

Months passed, and Kunikida found himself face to face with Dazai once again. He had been asked to assist in a case that involved Dazai, and he couldn't help but feel a mix of anger and longing as he saw his former partner again.

Dazai seemed to sense Kunikida's animosity, but he didn't try to address it. Instead, he focused on the case at hand, and Kunikida found himself begrudgingly working with him once again. As they investigated the case together, Kunikida found himself slowly opening up to Dazai again, despite his initial reluctance.

However, just as they were making progress on the case, everything came crashing down. Dazai was revealed to be working with the enemy, and he had been using the agency to further his own agenda all along. Kunikida felt a sense of betrayal and anger wash over him, and he couldn't believe that he had let himself trust Dazai again.

As the situation escalated, Kunikida found himself in a dangerous situation, and Dazai came to his rescue. Despite everything, Kunikida couldn't help but feel grateful to Dazai for saving his life. However, the gratitude was quickly replaced with anger and bitterness as he realized that Dazai had put him in danger in the first place.

The case was eventually resolved, but the damage had already been done. Kunikida couldn't bring himself to forgive Dazai for his betrayal, and the two of them went their separate ways once again. Despite the pain and hurt that Kunikida felt, he couldn't help but wonder if there was still a part of him that wanted to be reunited with his former partner.
