It was a dark and rainy night in a small town in the interior of Brazil. The winds howled like wolves and the leaves of the trees hit hard on the windows of the houses.

In one of these houses, a young woman named Ana was alone, sitting in front of the fireplace, trying to warm up. She had just moved to the city to start a new job and still didn't know many people.

Suddenly, she heard a strange noise from upstairs. She got tense and tried to ignore the sound, thinking it could just be the wind. But the noise continued, getting louder and scarier.

Ana decided that she needed to investigate what was happening and went up the stairs slowly, her heart beating hard in her chest. When she reached the top of the stairs, she saw a dark figure standing at the end of the corridor. She couldn't see the person's face, but she could feel his evil presence.

Afraid, Ana tried to run back to the safety of the fireplace, but stumbled over a ladder and fell. When she looked up, the dark figure was standing right next to her, with a diabolical smile on her face.

Ana screamed for help, but the dark figure grabbed her and dragged her to the nearest room. Inside, she saw an altar with candles burning and a strange symbol drawn on the wall.

She tried to fight, but the figure was too strong. She heard a strange murmur, as if it were an unknown language, while the figure was beginning to perform a frightening ritual.

Ana was never seen again. Some say she was the victim of a satanic cult that still exists in the city today. Others believe it was taken by a supernatural entity that inhabits the region. Regardless of the truth, history haunts the city to this day, leaving everyone afraid to walk alone at night
