Y/N Pov.

After dealing with the two walkers at the front of the bridge, we begin to walk across it. It seems to be alright all things considered, but I am a little concerned about the...structural safety of this thing. God, I really hope this thing doesn't collapse out from under us. It would make this day an even more eventful one than it's already been.

Y/n: (Mind) The closer we get to the part of the bridge that's over the water, the more my body starts to feel...tense.

I sigh, but feel a hand on my shoulder. I look up to find that it's Luke.

Luke: Are you alright, kid?

Y/n: I'm, uh, alright. I promise.

Luke: Really? 'Cause it seems like you're about to have a heart attack.

Clementine walks closer to me and grabs my hand; afterwards she turns her head to face Luke.

Clementine: Him and water don't exactly mix. Because of his power he can't swim, so... he might have a little phobia of deep bodies of water.

Y/n: Yeah. Maybe just a little. I only recently developed it after that whole thing with the River.

Luke nods to me and pats my back.

Luke: It'll be fine, kid. This bridge seems sturdy enough. By the way, that's called thalassophobia.

Y/n: Huh?

Clem and I raise our eyebrows at Luke and he shrugs.

Luke: It's what your fear is called. When you're afraid of deep bodies of water like lakes, oceans, seas, etc. It's called thalassophobia.

Y/n: Hm. Neat.

We continue walking toward the bridge and finally come across some fallen support beams for the bridge. Looking at them makes me worry even more, but since Clementine's with me I'll be fine. Luke jumps over them first, but we're soon to follow suit after he's across. Now we're over the water.

Y/n: Is it just me or does this place feel...off? And not just because we're walking over a bridge that looks like it could use a few repairs to say the least.

Luke doesn't say anything for a moment as he looks around. He's looking for something, but I'm not sure what it is he's looking for. Could be anything, really. A bridge in the middle of nowhere. I wouldn't exactly call it a safe place to hang.

Clementine: I'm with you on this. Something feels off.

I look down at the floor of the bridge and find train tracks going from one side to the other. It reminds me of that train we rode on all that time ago. With Chuck and the others. It feels like forever ago since then.

Y/n: Let's try to stick to the metal part of the bridge. Who the hell knows how sturdy the wood is after two, almost three years of no maintenance.

Luke: That's probably a good idea.

We continue walking forward, and I can see we're coming up on some train cart, but not only that. I can hear a light amount of groaning coming from the front of us and the back of us too. Quickly I look around with the others and it's quickly become apparent that there are quite a couple walkers up here with us.

Luke: Shit.

There are four walkers moving toward us from the back, and three approaching us from the front of the bridge. I look at Clementine as she pulls out her hammer and Luke takes out his machete, while I grip both of my fists and light them on fire. I look toward Luke & Clementine. Unfortunately, before I can say anything, Luke steps forward to attack, but one of the planks gives way and he falls through them with just barely enough time to catch himself on one that was still attached.
