Introduction:
There are some things in life that are meant to be hidden, and some that are meant to be brought out and shared with the rest of the world. But somehow, I couldn’t tell if the problem that I’ve encountered was worth being shown or keeping it a secret. This problem, this ‘thing’, I didn’t know how I would even dare to describe it. The thoughts and comments that were suppressed in me forcefully were threatening to spill out from me, for me to relinquish them and set them free. But at the same time, what’s keeping me hesitant is the consequences of it. Who would've known that there was a rule against falling in love with someone who's different than others? Little did I know that if I loved that person, it would cost me my hope, my faith, or even possibly…my life.
