Letting his body fall onto his seat, Shinsou contemplated what he had just done. He dropped his head on the desk, groaning as the interaction replayed in his mind.

Filled with unfamiliar impulsiveness, he agreed to be friends with Y/n. Not only did that mean he would have to deal with him more, but his mom was going to rub it in his face if she finds out. She was the one who brought it up, afterall. And he was the one who adamantly claimed that he didn't need friends.

It was such a dumb situation that only fueled her delusions more. Now that they were officially friends, she will want to walk with him more often and may even expect to organize hang outs.

Shinsou raised his head from his desk, then dropped it again.

Rubbing the spot on his forehead that burned, Shinsou sighed. "I hope this won't become too troublesome..." He could still see her unrestrained smile that she always showed him. It seemed to get worse now that they were friends.

"I can't let my mom know..." he said, sitting up in his seat. He rubbed his eys that felt heavier than normal. A tight sensation burned behind the bridge of his nose. "What a headache."

Once again, he could see Y/n's smile. It made the rest of his face warm. He chest became uncomfortably light, as if he could float away. Holding onto his coat, Shinsou took slow breaths, but the feeling didn't go away.

"What the hell is this?" he grumbled.
